  1. Welcome from Maryland.
  2. I saw Edgar's brother, Johnny Winter, in Baltimore one time YEARS ago. Great show.
  3. Right there with you brother. I'd rather build another one than clean one.
  4. While "In the drunk" of course.
  5. I'd say more.....BUT....you feed me coffee in the desert in the mornings. So we'll roll with the caveman theory.
  6. You barbarian savage.
  7. What's this "cleaning"thing you guys are talking about?
  8. Good lookin unit. Fine job my man.
  9. Sounds like you've got the plan down dude. I'd jump in on the 10" barrel camp. I built my SBR with a 10.3 Noveske barrel. And just using an EOTech HWS, that thing is deadly accurate out to a couple hundred yards. Either suppressed subs, or regular supers. If you throw a LPVO on something like that, it's only going to get more deadly for those pesky 4 leggers. That's great that you're getting your boy involved at that age.

  12. You had me with this. Fuk those no leggers.
  13. A regular open end wrench won't work? That's usually what I use on muzzle devices.
  14. Definitely what Doc just said. Case in point. I built an MK12 in 6.5 Grendel that I just took to the annual desert meet-up back in November. I took 3 different makes of 10 round magazines just to function test them. On top of that. I bought some 30 round mags locally once in AZ. 2 out of the 3, 10 round mags ran just fine. One didn't like to run. The locally sourced 30 round mags were nothing but jam-o-matics. So always try different mags in any rifle, just to rule them out. After all, they are one of the moving parts of the rifle.
  15. A great, short read. Good find brother.
