You have to file the Form 1 with the ATF first. Wait the 6-8 months. Then get the engraving done. You could possibly get the engraving done while you wait for the tax stamp from the ATF. But you couldn't "legally" assemble the rifle before that.

A compensator is one of the easiest things to swap out to change your muzzle device. They screw on....and screw off. As long as your barrel is threaded that is. If not.....................................................sorry. Where's my beer?
