  1. Not as funny......but acceptable sir.
  2. Now just where the hell were you when I was building my Armalite/Noveske Hybrid Leonidas earlier this year? <lmao>
  3. I can comment on the gas block. I'd give the Wilson a try. I've used the PRI blocks in the past (still currently have some). They work fine as long as you don't mind modifying some brand of forearms if the adjustment screw doesn't line up. Granted, a couple hits with a dremel, and you can usually get the spot open you need opened up. Or, a more precise hole done with a drill press. I've tried both. They work, but as I move forward, I'll be using different blocks.....such as the Wilson you mentioned, or the Syrac (I kinda like them too after reading up on them). That's the only drawback with the lo-pro style.....access through the rail. But, anything can be resolved with a little brainpower, tinkering and BEER. <thumbsup> Not necessarily in that order.
  4. ^^^^ You're probably right. I don't think the corps uses them in Okinawa. <thumbsup>
  5. Is the picture blurry cause you're in a late night poolhall / bar? <lmao>
  6. Glad to see you back my man!
  7. Benny Hill / Mel Brooks...............yep........pretty much the same era that I grew up in.
  8. I love that old video.
  9. Bap Bap Bip Bap Bip Bip! Damn.....their coming out swinging Rob. <lmao>
  10. Got mine too. Thanks Neal.
  11. Congrats Matt. Now you have to get pissed off at yourself....try to pull your own head out of your ass.....ask yourself "what are they (yourself) thinking?"......and talk yourself into working late, while promising that it'll come around to you someday.
  12. Pullin for you my brother. Good luck.
  13. Always room in the short bus for you brother.
  14. As am I my brother. I've said before....Wyoming is calling my name. And I can re-fuel the short bus as I swing through Rene's. Hmmmmm....something tells me that the cooler would need a re-fueling after (or during) that.
  15. Looks cool. But OH.....that's right.....can't transfer those in my state anymore. Guess I'll just keep cleaning and polishing the ones that I have.......until I move that is.
  16. I'm kinda surprised that the media isn't making up reports that she had an AR. Oh well, that'll come in time.
  17. Damn, that girl must have lower back problems. <laughs>
  18. They advertise as being forged. 7175 aluminum. And they do "feel" a little different then some of my billet sets.
  19. Welcome aboard Ron........from another Ron.
  20. Never hurts to "practice" with them though. After all.....that's what they're made for.
  21. No. I have the rig "just because".
  22. ^^^^ +1 <thumbsup> for Blksheep. I actually did laugh out loud.
  23. Well....since this thread started...it looks like Magpul has finally caught up to their production backlog. It seems like 7.62 Pmags are in stock damn near everywhere now. I've got my order of 10 that I placed though Armalite.....the order of 5 that I placed through Midwest PX.....and my backorder of 10 from DSG (that I placed in December) are inbound. Hell....I've only got the 2 SR25/DPMS pattern rifles..........but last time I checked...mags don't go bad. <laughs> Besides....the chest rig holds 4 (of the stitched in pouches), and I can keep stacking more if needed with the molle straps. Hypothetically........of course. :auto:
  24. Sounds like Greg and I are suiting up. <laughs>
