More chicken wings tonight, tried somthing different. Marinaded 8 hours in sauce/marinade, grilled then heated more sauce up and tossed in the sauce to finish them. They turned out really good!! Wansnt a fan of the uncle dougies, it was like a mellower Franks, which I don’t like vinegar heat. the Stubbs, well it’s Stubbs can’t go wrong!

So you talked me into a grill that has WiFi (extra 100$) that I can motitor my goings on from my phone, so why not a an extra 100 thermometer too?? Way more than “just a thermometer” too. I can set alarms in it, run six probs and some other stuff . ?♂️Not your money ?

My 29$ thermometer when thru probs like rolls of toilet paper, cuz they were JUNK. Prob on my grill is junk already too
