  1. I think my JP bolt for .308 was like $149 when I got it direct from them 1 year ago. The ar15 bolts were about $110 I think. The .308 LMOS carrier and bolt together was over $400.
  2. Thanks, Terry..... Oh I forgot, the other the day I went to bass pro in Manteca and the shelves were empty. Not one bottle of anything at all. Bullets were sparse, very. None primers, some brass no .308, .223. Once full pistol display cases were completely empty. I noticed shelves of loaded ammo looked nice & stocked but I didn't investigate them. Chick came & talked to me and she said truck comes Tuesday & Sunday mornings and they get stocked again with that reloading stuff. Store opens at 9 AM. I was there Tuesday at 10 AM. I wonder if those MoFo's let special poeple in there early to strip the joint. I wants me some H4895 IMR 4064 CFE 223 I'll take RL-15 TAC MR-2000 VV N150, N550... IMR 4895 Varget Few others I guess
  3. Anyone know anything about BLC 2? I went to a LGS yesterday and they had 1lb Varget, so I picked it up for my brother in law. I still can't believe it was there, but fkn $39.99 + tax. They had several bottles of that BLC 2. They had several bottles of H4350, several of H380. That's it.
  4. If you shot them at 100 the ES/SD stuff might not effect groups yet. But when you want to reach out more and more it will for sure.
  5. . Thanks, bubbasks, I checked the site and wall the powders I'd be interested in are sold out. Are you saying if I call they might have some on their store shelves?
  6. Yeah those are some wild ES/SD's. In .308 my good nodes are always under 10 SD, I've seen 4 SD IN 5 shots. That's why I like it more than Varget, and the kernels are smaller. My brother in law is experimenting with Varget in .223. He is getting good results with it using 69 grain Nosler custom comps in his 16" Ultra Match. He hasn't run them through Chrono though. He couldn't find no Varget so I sold him one of my 1lb bottles, it's almost gone now. I can feel him crawling up my back for the rest of mine LoL... CFE 223 could be a good one to try too.
  7. Welcome from Norcal, brother bubbasks. yeah I'm late as usual too.
  8. yeah, wonder how long before they start importing the Zips for those jobs too...
  9. I know you guys have to know about Dakota oil but my sister emailed this one too me and it was a good one, I thought. Dangit I F'd it up, title should be Black "Gold" Email: OIL - You better be sitting down when you read this! As you may know, Cruz Construction started a division in North Dakota just 6 months ago. They send every Kenworth (9 trucks) we had here in Alaska to North Dakota and several drivers. They just bought two new Kenworth's to add to that fleet; one being a Tri Drive tractor and a new 65 ton lowboy to go with it. They also bought two new cranes (one crawler & one rubber tired) for that division. Dave Cruz said they have moved more rigs in the last 6 months in ND than Cruz Construction moved in Alaska in the last 6 years. Williston is like a gold rush town; they moved one of our 40 man camps down there since there are no rooms available. Unemployment in ND is the lowest in the nation at 3.4 percent last I checked. See anything in the national news about how the oil industry is fueling North Dakota 's economy? Here's an astonishing read. Important and verifiable information: About 6 months ago, the writer was watching a news program on oil and one of the Forbes Bros. was the guest. The host said to Forbes, "I am going to ask you a direct question and I would like a direct answer; how much oil does the U.S. have in the ground?" Forbes did not miss a beat, he said, "more than all the Middle East put together." The U. S.. Geological Service issued a report in April 2008 that only scientists and oil men knew was coming, but man was it big. It was a revised report (hadn't been updated since 1995) on how much oil was in this area of the western 2/3 of North Dakota, western South Dakota, and extreme eastern Montana. Check THIS out: The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska 's Prudhoe Bay , and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on foreign oil. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates it at 503 billion barrels. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable( 5 billion barrels), at $107 a barrel, we're looking at a resource base worth more than $5.3 trillion. "When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see their jaws hit the floor. They had no idea.." says Terry Johnson, the Montana Legislature's financial analyst. "This sizable find is now the highest-producing onshore oil field found in the past 56 years," reports The Pittsburgh Post Gazette . It's a formation known as the Williston Basin , but is more commonly referred to as the 'Bakken.' It stretches from Northern Montana, through North Dakota and into Canada . For years, U. S. oil exploration has been considered a dead end. Even the 'Big Oil' companies gave up searching for major oil wells decades ago. However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the Bakken's massive reserves, and we now have access of up to 500 billion barrels. And because this is light, sweet oil, those billions of barrels will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL !!!!!! That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years straight. And if THAT didn't throw you on the floor, then this next one should - because it's from 2006 !!!!!! U.. S. Oil Discovery - Largest Reserve in the World Stansberry Report Online - 4/20/2006 Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the Rocky Mountains lies the largest untapped oil reserve in the world. It is more than 2 TRILLION barrels. On August 8, 2005 President Bush mandated its extraction. In three and a half years of high oil prices none has been extracted. With this motherload of oil why are we still fighting over off-shore drilling? They reported this stunning news: We have more oil inside our borders, than all the other proven reserves on earth. Here are the official estimates: 8 times as much oil as Saudi Arabia 18 times as much oil as Iraq 21 times as much oil as Kuwait 22 times as much oil as Iran 500 times as much oil as Yemen and it's all right here in the Western United States !!!!!! HOW can this BE? HOW can we NOT BE extracting this? Because the environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help America become independent of foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of people dictate our lives and our economy. WHY? James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we've got more oil in this very compact area than the entire Middle East , more than 2 TRILLION barrels untapped. That's more than all the proven oil reserves of crude oil in the world today, reports The Denver Post . Don't think 'OPEC' will drop its price even with this find? Think again! It's all about the competitive marketplace, it has to. Think OPEC just might be funding the environmentalists? Got your attention yet? Now, while you're thinking about it, do this: Pass this along. If you don't take a little time to do this, then you should stifle yourself the next time you complain about gas prices, by doing NOTHING, you forfeit your right to complain. Now I just wonder what would happen in this country if every one of you sent this to every one in your address book. By the way, this can be verified. Check it out at the link below !!!!!! http://www.usgs.gov/newsroom/article.asp?ID=1911 > ;

Thanks for your approval everyone. I guaranty to you the avatar goes with! '98 I ain't begging but I am way stressed out. You are hired! Did I mention we gets'ta shoot on this property? Free beer & BBQ ;) And lots of it.... Brother unforgiven, thanks bud :) Oh and 98', never mind shovels, we using a back hoe ;)
  11. No, not here, but here where we've been living. This house I've been renting here in Fremont, Ca. has been sold to a Chinese house flipper. So long Monster Garage.... (60'x20'x18', it is awesome) And I'm outa here, the S.F. Bay Area where I grew up and lived all my life. I loved this region. We have the Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Davenport, etc., beaches a very short drive one way, and the Sierra Nevada's the other. The weather is fabulous. It just ain't worth it any more, unless you are a rich mutha fucka or a fool, or some one of the government parasites. I mean even an apartment here can be 1500+ for one bedroom. Up the peninsula 2000!! I'm sick of all the Zips & others taking all the tech jobs too. But I have to admit if was able I'd stay, well I probably would. I don't want to leave what I know, I like being close to my teams, I'm a big Giants fan, a big 9ers fan and they are a rollin'. I ain't no band wagoner. But yes it is economics that has killed it for me. So where hell are you going, Mr. Brown? Cattle country, I am now a cowboy, like my father was in Oklahoma before he came here in 1941. He was into cows all his working life. Had a good business going and employed poeple in his meat company. I'm going to Turlock, Ca. 10 acres, 5 bedroom house, built in pool, one of those rooms is off the garage. I'll let you guess what that room will be. $1400 a month. Summers are sweltering. I will use the land for the income we will require.
  12. initial thoughts; R.I.P. British Harrier, there's a new Sheriff in town. So I guess the Wasp is a training carrier now? How many of these F35's will Obogus give to Egypt?

I think it was them I ordered some Nosler Combined Technology 30 cals 3 months or so back. I forgot. They showed up many weeks later and I was stoked. Need to work up that load still though. They are 180 grain.
  19. I wonder if dude is still alive? Fkg certifiable!!! No regard for his or others lives either. I guess he figures its a good way to go...
  20. "In their minds, an event of agents or police or NG getting killed would be complete justification for using such special weapons domestically" Jon Yes, this why I think that they think they would win. As Bill Ayers said decades ago, that they will have to kill 25,000,000 of us folk to take control, they would be primed to do so. But this is now and I think maybe that 25,000,000 number has ballooned. Being that Ayres and Obunkster are close bro's it's obvious to me who Oblameyou really is. Fkg MSM is completely compliscent with them, boggles the mind. What bothers me is they have a plan and are organized and they do have terrible weapons that I don't doubt are good to go. I don't know what our plan is.
  21. I was listening to savage the other day and he said this current administration wants to goad us into a shooting war against the Feds. The commies in power think, no, they know they will win. He said we better not fall into that trap because they indeed will win against us. Why is savage right about that? Or Why is he wrong about that?
  22. Hmmm, good question... Been awhile since communicated with friend... I'll test him now..... Edit; "Chris at si said there was a problem and was waiting to get me a new upper that was like a month ago. I told them just send the receivers and bcg back at the same time."
  23. Damn!! First you get ripped off by the state for that requirement, then Ass Wipe comes for a visit. I bet it was the same Shjt Head that took you the first time....... Actually the 3rd time.
  24. I have. What I found was that the bullet actually would sometimes be projected, that is they moved out of the case mouth as much as .002" - .003". So the opposite was happening. The neck tention was not modified & .002". I modified my expander ball of the Forster BR sizing die, .308, to .0035 and this eliminated the projections. Ogives gettig jammed into lands is a bad thing too, if too much, as you know. M4 feed ramps may reduce chances of setback? And when the violent act of the excelerated loading and then sudden stop in chamber must have caused the projections?

    Powder

Dang, I swear it was the Montreal stuff, whatever its about the old lady, hilarious... Survivalshop, I don't know what to tell you, man. Why primers? I can't find that shjt anywhere!!! I have seriously curtailed my shooting because I don't want to find myself without. I'm paranoid. If SHTF, but I'm not leaning that way yet, I'd be sorry if I wasted all my shjt at the range. The one I go to has been renovating but it's open now. I will go shoot some loads very soon, just a little at a time now.
