  1. Local barrel manufacture new marketing campaign
  2. Or just get both... Other option is buy one complete rifle first( suggestions based on perceived use)then buy/build another upper.
  3. Hi from British columbia, have great memories of my recent visit to your state.
  4. It's actually not that bad ,messy and dust free I built my tumbler and it uses two 1 gallon Coleman cooler(1/2" PVC for agitators) so I can tumble i large batch of brass or two seperate calibers. My routine is I load up the cooler then run it for an hour. i then pour out the water( but not the pins and brass( it's not critical to get every bit of water out) I then reload up water and cleaning solution for another hour. I empty the cooler into and then crank to separate pins from brass then quick rinse with hot water I then spread out the brass on food dehydrator trays and run on low heat for 20-30 min. There is no toxic dust as everything stick to the water. So range brass pick up After cleaning( primer pockets also polished) After seeing the price of a tumbler vs capacity I've got CAN$100 into this one ( I can also tumble my steel SCUBA tanks ). Capacity ( per each cooler) 9mm=500pc,.45ACP =375pc, 5.56mm=275
  5. I deprime first but... I have a Lee decapping die mounted in an old single stage that is only used for depriming. I would never let dirty brass near the good dies or press. I wet tumble with pins.
  6. No clue unfortunately... likely a one off.
  7. He's going to need a bigger tree...
  8. I wonder if he'll fall for the "Hey does this cloth smell funny to you line?"
  9. Welcome aboard
  10. Road trip @Magwa I'd be honored to have you along Hey I'm not falling for the "Hey does this cloth smell funny" line...I'm pretty sure I've learned my lesson after the seventh time it has happened.
  11. Might be a good excuse to test run my Form 6 and getting into the country with guns and drop by @Magwa on my way through Idaho.
  12. Hello from British Columbia.
  13. Yea I pretty much took the bait, the rod and pretty much the boat. So what's this I hear about a spring shoot?
  14. I look forward to checking out Indiana but more so in raising a glass or three with you brother. While I enjoyed San Diego I suspect we'd have more fun in Az. so I'll see you at the fall shoot.
  15. You can count on it, if I recall someone mentioned elk Thanks Sharpshooter, If I'm in the area( or even a state or two away) count on it. I haven't had the pleasure of your fine state. My travels in the lower 48 have taken me down the east coast to the Florida Keys and then across the most southerly states before heading north.
  16. I also enjoyed the scenery as I drove through.
  17. Superman had kryptonite seems you have gravity It's my understanding that wearing your PT belt will keep you safe
  18. Nicely done sir
  19. While it might take the 'fun' out of it it would be easy enough to adapt a ground rod pounder to to the work... although getting the T-bar back out might be a challenge
