Browning had the BOSS system a few years back.you could adjust the muzzle device to vary the barrel length and change barrel harmonics. Not really changing the barrel length but changing the harmonics. It might be easier to test that way I sets of buying a bunch of barrels.

The 500 blackout looks interesting . Don't think I need one. But then again need rarely has anything to do with my firearms purchases.

That is a pistol in the picture from the article. Don't see that doing anything my Beowulf can't do.

Good looking pistol.

You will like the MBT 2. Much better than the "enhanced" PSA trigger.

Real Armalite parts work. Fixed stock or collapsible. Just get the whole assembly.

https://extreemtactical.com/trinity-force-tba10-breach-brace-pistol-stabilizer-stock/ This looks a lot like the KAC brace at a good price. I have 2 on the way.

Yep that's the one.

https://themodernsportsmanonline.com/product.sigtac-acp-p-adaptive-barbine-platform-basic-any-wpicatinny-rail The sigtac platform takes most handguns with a rail. If you want to SBR it there is a collapsible wire stock available. Single point sling and a red dot and a light. Makes a good house gun and with the 33 rnd mags you can make noise for a while. Bought mine off gunbroker for a lot less than what they want on that link.

The PSA will maybe run. Maybe not. You will probably be buying the Armalite parts for it too. Just buy the Armalite carbine tube ,spring and buffer and be done with it. The PSA upper will need to have the Armalite gas tube installed unless PSA has finally listened and started installing the proper part. I bought the rifle lower from PSA so my only problem was the short gas tube in the upper.

My glock 19 and 17

Most city police chiefs are appointed by politicians. sheriffs are elected by the people. If the police chief doesn't do what the mayor likes he gets fired.

Sweet

Good to know. Thanks.

My Nikon spot on app is real close on drops for my 308 out to 300 yds (that's as far as I can shoot here on the farm). I am pretty sure the app will be close for the Grendel. The app has that ammo in the program. I just need better glass and a LaRue trigger for this rifle now. Put the LaRue that arrived Friday in the PA10. Hard to believe that trigger is leas than a $100 . What a difference from the "enhanced" PA10 trigger.

Yep 123 guess I read it wrong

Bear creek armory B6.5CM41618(MF) 16" Black Nitride 4150 CHROME MOLY VANADIUM BARREL Contour Barrel Profile 1:8 Twist Straight Flutes 6.5 Grendel Type II Caliber Carbine Length Gas System Here is the barrel I bought. 15 in m lok free float tube. Don't know who makes is was at a local gunshop for $40. I need to start looking for some better glass and order a LaRue trigger for this rifle. Functions well. Doesn't seem to like the wolf 100 gr that well. Hornady Black 120 gr is a different story.

Yes that is a bit short. This is what mine looked like from Palmetto. changed out to the Armalite tube.

Windy and cold. Hornady Black 120 gr. Old Bushnell 3x9 scope. Mil spec trigger group. 5 shots at 100 yds.

Only got 2-3 in groups out of wolf 100 gr.

Guess the Grendel barrel is a keeper. 34 deg. Wind rt to left at 10 mph. Old Bushnell 3x9 scope. Mil spec trigger group. Hornady Black 120 gr @ 100 yds. 5 shots

I want to take this bear hunting. 454 9.5 in barrel buris 2x

If it is silly but it works. Its not silly.

I was given some of the Lucas gun lube. It seems to work well. I also have a big jug of breakfree I have been using for years.

On weak hand (left)point your finger at something (without anything in your hand). See how your hand isn't straight up and down but pointing more like 1:30 or 2:00. Try using the same angle when shooting. If you are trying to hold the pistol straight up and down you are fighting your body's natural position
