  1. That thing is amazingly sturdy, it has taken all the abuse I've thrown at it and then some. This thing handles a 3 foot drop like it's nothing.
  2. You are correct. The principal idea there was to keep the area where the legs are mounted from robbing keymod slots of precious rail real-estate. In this way, whatever the legs are displacing, can simply be mounted on the legs themselves. This is where this system comes into it's own when it comes to other rails or bipods. it wouldn't surprise me at all to see competitors start putting picatinny rails on their bipod legs based on this system.
  3. I won it in a bet with a shooter, he took my bet that my Osprey would outshoot his NF 5-for-5 at 800 yards. He didn't know that while I was distracting him by getting loud defending my lousy optics, my wife was replacing the top 5 rounds in his Pmags with PMC 147 gr soft-points. Got a $2k optic for a $12.99 box of gun show trade boot.
  4. Yes, it's fully free floated! The handguard can also be rotated up to 180 degrees to accommodate usage in doorways or other cover/concealment options. Also, at the full 180 degrees of rotation, the bipod can be paracorded to an overhead item to provide stabilization from a "hanging emplacement" configuration, just in case potential buyers have an application for shooting from aerial platforms like tactical helicopters and stuff.
  5. Well, I've been working on a clandestine DIY project for quite some time now, since the KeyMod FFHGs and uppers have become all the rage. It took me quite some time to get this together what with my OCD and perfectionist nature and all. So enjoy a preliminary pic of my DIY KeyMod FFHG! So, no sparing my feelings guys, what do you honestly think? :love4:
  6. I heard a whopper almost that big the other day, but I didn't have health insurance and didn't like it or need to keep it.... Lmao
  7. If she isn't concerned about overpenetration, she needs to be!
  8. Right on brother Larry!
  9. It's easy, when these guys like you, there will be no end of grief. If they don't like you, cold politeness is the order of the day.
  10. Poor little fish, I hope you kissed that tiny little bugger and put him back with his mommy... ;)

  15. It's your thread gnat, I was referring to a couple of posts I've already cleaned up. Don't sweat it.
  16. Considering we released 5 from Guantanamo with absolutely nothing in trade some time back, this is hardly surprising. It's a shame that this guy gets the heroic welcome while Edward Snowden stays in exile.
  17. Just as a friendly reminder, the "For Sale" threads aren't commentary sections, and they have to be cleaned up when they become such. Please restrict replies in "For Sale" threads to offers or relevant information about the item. Thanks!
  18. Would you hush? I'm trying to campaign here if ya don't mind! <laughs> <thumbsup>
