The man gave you good advice and you balked at it, I'm just suggesting that if you don't intend to heed good advice go on and do whatever you like. People who ignore good advice are inadvertently good for the economy, so go for it.

Try the heavier bullets first, I had a 24" DPMS that did the same, that 1:10 twist just hates light bullets.

We don't take ourselves too seriously, we just didn't see it coming after trying to help you out. What we do take seriously, is keeping the BS obvious as a comradery thing, there was no way to politely say to the new guy that the claim was BS. We got blindsided and some of us will react more negatively than others, just goes with the territory. -

You are precisely correct on that front. I did my best to channel Tom dealing with an asshat. It was surprising how quickly he went from wanting to talk to wanting out of the situation.

You got that right! First question out of the regional manager's mouth was, "You couldn't give two weeks notice?". I told him, "Oh no, I could, but I decided not to put up with you for two more weeks. Do you give two weeks notice before you fire someone?" ...and from there on, every answer he got was highly dissatisfying.

Thanks for all the support brothers! I'm usually a patient person, but when your actions or inaction constitute a threat to my family's well-being, you are public enemy #1 to me. I'm glad to be rid of those punks, I can stop sweating the job situation and start remedying my financial situation.
