You didn't get banned for having a different opinion. You got banned because you invited a bunch of drama into the forums at the outset of becoming a member. You can have a different opinion if you want, but your entitlement mentality doesn't have any place here.

There are many here who have served, there are ZERO here who have insinuated that it elevates their privilege somehow. Hey Francis, you waltzed in and begged to be flamed. Now you're the victim because you told us more about you than we wanted to know? I don't think so. Some would say the same about expecting to be patronized for voluntary military service. They weren't sarcastic, they were sincere. You should've taken the time to investigate the community you joined, it's a lot of good people that welcomes newcomers sincerely and respectfully. In your case, you pretty much asked for what you got. In any case, I guess you'll find all this out as a guest, 'cause you got ban hammered.

That's a presumptuous reply to a perfectly valid question, which you chose to cop-out instead of answering. So I'm straight on this, inviting flaming is OK with you but valid intelligent questions aren't? An AR is far less forgiving platform than a bolt or lever gun, you have to have ALL your fundamentals in place to get those results. Good shooting brother!

Everybody needs to take a breath right now, we're all pretty wound up around here because of some newcomers who are unfamiliar with the core group of founding members and staff. We've grown accustomed to each other and not done as well as we could getting the newcomers acclimated. Everybody take a deep breath, kill a few beers and come back ready to enjoy the forums as they are intended to be enjoyed.
