I searched around, and several people have stated that Wolf is practically incommunicado. Almost no response to email inquiries and zero phone response. Several people are upset with the service. It seems, despite being 2 years in the coming, WP Optics is still a fledgling company. With any luck PA will buy out the scope, rebrand it, and release it with their "Platinum" line.

Did you ever figure out why PMAGs don't work?

That was another idea.

I'm looking for one of these dinosaurs... Just checking to see if one of you has one sitting in a box that you arent using.... I'll bet Micro has 2 or 3.

Stings, don't it!?
-
Which buffer and buffer spring are you using? I personally suggest an AR10 or CS Flat Wire spring. Possibly a heavier buffer too.

Blackthorn... and all of their previous names. I still don't trust this new "Radical Arms"... I'm not condemning them yet, but the jury is still out. I know I don't need to say it, but.... F U C K C M M G I swear that if you use a CMMG pistol grip screw, you will have FTF's, FTE's and an 18MOA. Swap the screw with a cheapo High Standard and problem solved!

Welcome, from the 916. If you're still having issues, lay them down on us. Depending on your local, we have a huge west coast presence, we should be able to help.

More like genital warts or herpes. You may hate them, but there's a GREAT story behind how they came to be.

Or spit on it and try again. -
I have to amend the first part... Pat's an assshole... but I still missed him almost as much as I miss carbs.... almost! I guess there can be an exception to the rule.

You have voluntarily joined a brotherhood of like-minded men and women, of your own free will. We are all here to learn, teach and share on a topic that we all take pride in being part of. As a continuous and rapid growing community, we are in a constant struggle to maintain order and structure. We are a fluid group, as we attempt to keep up with a forever evolving subject matter. Even our name, 308AR, is archaic in that the rifle format has surpassed into more calibers, far beyond that of the original .308 Win. Our community is small, but tighter than any other in existence. We have members who've traveled thousands of miles to just go shooting with another member. Mild acquaintances have evolved into strong family bonds that have invited attendance to graduations and coming-home events. We've seen members families off on deployment, and stayed around to welcome them home after a tour. A screen name is replaced by a real name, and added to a wedding guest registry. We've even mourned the loss of member after his passing. This kind of bond ONLY happens HERE. All new comers are screened by our staff, not to separate, but to assist. A history of our forum, a description of our banter and antics and a warning of etiquette are commonplace for new comers who have trouble "fitting in" at first. A personal PM from our staff, combined with a warm welcome to the forum. Understand that we have the expectation that as adults, you will act and react as an adult. While our shenanigans and tomfoolery may be childish, our morales and maturity must be unwavering. No one is above this, and even our longest standing and greatest contributing members have been subject to correction and faced the wrath of a nine-fingered Yeti (you'll have to stick around to understand that inside joke). We do not attack, nor do we allow attacks, on our members... but if you shiit your pants, expect to be called out to explain yourself... and clean up your own mess. We welcome all who wish to be a positive contribution to our growing family. BUT... IF YOU CAN'T FIGURE YOUR SHIIT OUT... IF YOU CAN'T FIGURE HOW TO HANDLE A SITUATION, THAT IS LITERALLY JUST A BUNCH OF WORDS ON YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN... IF YOU CAN'T SUCK UP YOUR PRIDE AND SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS FOR JUST A FEW MOMENTS AND COME TO THE UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU MAY NOT BE CORRECT... IF YOU LACK THE COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO ACCURATELY ARGUE A POINT, WITHOUT RESORTING TO INSULTS, NAME-CALLING OR OTHER IDIOCY... Kindly work your way towards the nearest exit and let yourself out. You will not be missed. AND... In the situation where one fails to take the gentleman's way out, your words and behavior are etched on our boards forever, never to be censored and to be forever a reminder to new comers. After the ban hammer drops, you will never again be able to rejoin our dinner table. Depending on the circumstances you might not even be able to view our pages again. You, of all people, especially in this situation... YOU WILL NOT BE MISSED.

I lost my vice grips in the backyard... found them in the edge of the lawn a year later. They look like shiit, but they work. -

Best tools for the tapered pins are the Brownells tapered pin block and a BFH. -

Aside from magic elves, nothing will replace my Brownells roll pin holder kit. http://www.brownells.com/gunsmith-tools-supplies/general-gunsmith-tools/punches/roll-pin-holders-prod781.aspx -
I fuckin hate thieves. We used to have a 2007 Ram 2500 Turbo 6.7l lifted up on 37" tires. Those bastards climbed under there and stole my exhaust twice in six months. The first time cost about $3500 to replace. The second time was $5200, due to extra damage they did to sensors. Luckily we had really good coverage that took care of it. We traded the Ram for 2015 Ford Expedition last March. Needed something more "family friendly". The wife hates the wheels... I told her maybe we'd get lucky and get insurance to replace them too.

How do you think ammo is "destroyed"? Please don't think it's all burnt up like ordinary garbage.

Lately, I trust nitride/melonite/QPQ over NiB (or any of the nickel based coating).
