  1. Fixed that for ya. No offense, but that's the kind of stuff the different branches notice, and adhere to. <thumbsup>

Jon, those are the legs that they wrap around your head, bro... <thumbsup> Exactly... :)) Plenty - one cheek in each hand, instead of two hands for each cheek! :hethan:
  3. ^^^ He's just sayin'... <laughs> <lmao>
  4. Nope, they sure don't. However, you can calibrate any bullet weight/distance you want with their online software, and smack that info sheet on the side of your buttstock (laminated, of course). Example: Here's the Nikon program - it's called "Spot-On" http://spoton.nikonsportoptics.com/spoton/
  5. For the mag catch on these, make sure you guys are screwing the button down until it's flush with the end of the screw. It makes a difference in operation, if it's not on that far. <thumbsup>
  6. Which one was this, brother?
  7. jrt, you can go through with the SBR, with a LEO exemption. <thumbsup>
  8. Oh, DAMN! That's SWEET, brother!!!
  9. Yes, he did. Bolt gun and AR. I shot the sheit out of both of them, too. I'm feelin' it today, that's for damn sure... :))

    I love 1911s...
  11. I can pull my upper apart next week, brother. 16" with carbine gas. I'll measure the gas port diameter.
  12. Yep. I wouldn't hesitate to beat someone to death with my Geissele 13" MKII rail. No hesitation. That thing is SOLID.
  13. I have to do it, because I'm jealous, and want a lever gun pretty damn bad. But... :wwop: ...of that brake!
  14. M-223, P-223, several P-22s with the BDC-150 reticle - these things rock. I'll eventually replace the current scopes on two of my 308 rifles with M-308 scopes. Nikon has this stuff wired. <thumbsup>
  15. That would look damn great, brother! Snatched a pic of the combo on a 5.56 gun (stolen from the interwebz), for a quick look...
  16. What I like about the Hi-Speed DMR is it's adjustability range. The Hi-Speed Match in a very lightweight pull. The Hi-Speed DMR is a middle-weight pull. The Hi-Speed Service is made to complete in Service Rifle competition, and has a heavier, military-minimum pull weight. The DMR can be adjusted into the upper ranges of the Match pull weights, and the lower ranges of the Service pull weights. It's the overall best trigger to buy when considering an adjustable Geissele Hi-Speed series trigger. If you end up adjusting it into the lighter ranges, you might want to pick up a Match in the future, and if you end up adjusting it heavier, you may want the Service in the future. The DMR can almost do it all, except at the extremes of light and heavy. <thumbsup>
  17. Hey, Brother Ron, I don't think I stressed enough how damn much fun it was today. Just wanted to reiterate that again... <dontknow> <laughs> <lmao> One day, you need to get here, and the whole thing will go down just like this, for you, man. <thumbsup> Damn, I am going to take you up on that one - before Mike does! :))
  18. GREAT DAY!!! Hole SHEIT, though - did Mike bring a sheitload of rifles!!! That says alot, coming from me - DAMN, he brought alot of rifles. That 300 WSM whooped my ass - I kinda feel it now, but I think it'll really set in tomorrow. Larry, damn good to finally meet you, brother. Josh, you have a great future in front of you. I'm glad you came home right now, with enough advance notice, because we put all this together to meet you, and that's no joke. You're worth it. <thumbsup> Jon and Mike, as always, it some funny damn times being around you guys. "FIST ME, BRO!!!" <laughs> <lmao> Dirk, more good times with you, man. You're like a brother to me. Literally. EDIT - Board Brothers, out there... I Beta-Dumped that Slide Fire, Vera, in 20 seconds. With a jam. 99 rounds, rocked that MFer... :2nd:
  19. Jon, you gonna rock a 26" barrel on your SPX?... Eff that, man.
  20. I brought pins for you last weekend - but brought .308 pins. I have a GRIP of pins with me now, so we'll swap in a set tomorrow at the range.
  21. SSA-E and Hi-Speed series are different - the SSA-E is not adjustable (at the user level). All the triggers in the Hi-Speed series (Match, Service, Designated Marksman) are adjustable by the purchaser, and include the tools to adjust them. I recently purchased the Hi-Speed DMR, but don't have alot of time on it yet. I can say for sure, it's badass, even moreso over the SSA-E. <thumbsup>
  22. First, that's no rifle receiver extension, at all. It's a carbine extension, and it's not an Armalite .308 AR-10 carbine extension - those have an internal depth of 7 5/8", and they run buffers that are the exact same length as a carbine buffer from an AR15 - hence, the different internal depth. AR15 carbine receiver extensions are standard, at 7" internal depth. We run those, most of the time, on DPMS-based .308 ARs, with short buffers - which you have, at 2.5" long. You have the right buffer. You appear to have the right receiver extension - but you need to measure it's internal depth to be certain. You can save some time on the cutting of threads or filing the end of the extension, by making that measurement first. That way, you'll know what the problem is, and how much you need to take of. <thumbsup> EDIT - If my math works right, your buffer might be 1/8" too short...
  23. Casa Grande!!! I got into the hotel a couple hours ago, and Dirk just showed up a little while ago. Everything secured, and we're ready for tomorrow!!! WooHoo!!! :2nd:
  24. VERA!!! :love4: <laughs>
