If the world ends, I can get any AR15 H3 Carbine buffer anywhere, right now at least, and I can always pull a couple Sprinco Red springs - those guys are never going out of business. That's a complete, proper recoil system for the large frames, right there.

Steel or tungsten insert in it? In the CWS? Definitely not the aluminum insert. Just using the CWS in the gun should be screaming something out to you about it. You're running Carbine Recoil System, if you're using a UBR. What buffer are you using? What's the weight on your buffer?
