Wilson Combat does the .243 barrels, brother. If it's a hunting caliber, WC makes it (damn near all of them, anyway). This might be the safest bet, for a .243 AR barrel. https://shopwilsoncombat.com/243-Winchester/products/1033/

I stopped at 23.1, and only had one more load up above that to test, but that was April 2017. 23.1 was my best group. Never any pressure signs. I guess I could load these ladders again and push up to the next accuracy node. See what shakes out. I'm making them 0.2 grains apart, just so I don't miss something.

How does your Aero M5 work right now? My suggestion - stick with what works. Next build... Aero M5 receivers, and that's high pattern.

Feed ramp issue. Nothing more, nothing less. That's the only thing that trips up hollow-points on a .45ACP. Chamfer that feed ramp. Feed like a champ. It's all about the feed ramp angle. And it's nothing more.

All Aero Precision M5 uppers are on "DPMS High" pattern. DPMS changed to the "low" pattern in the early 2010's, and just fucked everything up by doing that. There's only one rail manufacturer that I know of that ONLY makes low pattern, and that's GunTec USA. Most other manufacturers make both heights. There wasn't a single Daniel Defense Lite Rail 12.0 for the DPMS pattern made, that wasn't high profile - they didn't get into that "low rail" game at all, before they discontinued that rail. DPMS High is more prevalent, because it was "most of a pattern" when aftermarket manufacturers started making rails - and that's all it comes to - rail height. Most companies make both. Aero only makes high pattern. They said "Fuk that new junk, because it's junk." In an industry that "has no SET pattern to follow" for .308ARs, the only consistent thing is that Aero Precision M5 components WORK. DPMS High is WAY more prevalent than DPMS Low, across the board.

Read the reviews on that thing, brother - it looks like... once you use the clamp-style to set it up, the "clamping" locks that adjustment ring in place. Looks like it sucks, to be honest. The PA link above has those reviews. My opinion - don't risk it.
