    PRS set up

Your gun setup is perfectly fine beyond 800 yards, easily. It'll do it, without working too hard at it. What the scope on there? That's the deal that you need to understand, for different targets at different distances - even unknown distances. Know your optic.
  2. Right here is the real problem with this shiit: That's a problem. This will become a bigger issue than "swatting" people.
  3. RL-15 and Varget are great powders for the .308 Win loads, I can vouch for both of those, in varying bullet weights. Since this is another one in the Contests Section - did I win one of your benchrest bolt guns? That's what I pick, since you never stated a prize.

    Bobcat...

With those claws, though? You sadist...

    Bobcat...

In comparison, what's the size of her cat, in relation to those paws?.... That's the real question here...
  6. Right on!
  7. Try some 68/69gr projos in that 15 - I'll bet it just shoots the lights out with those, through a 1:8" twist.
  8. Gotta get a target location from my 10-foot berm, where I can see the damn thing at a grand. I'm still working on that. I've got a deadspot after about 900, that goes to 1200 yards, with 1300 being optimum on that one. I'll play with target placement and come up with something that's at 1k. It WILL happen before the Spring Shoot.
  9. Nice!!! I'll find small blacklights to put out there, of the blacklight filter material to put overthe ones we have already.

    Bobcat...

He's so cute, sleeping in her arms like that... Oh HELL no...
  11. Rotten Tomato!
  12. I was waiting for that, when he just owned up to it. He was gonna get smacked with it, in about another 2 hours...
  13. I told ya, brother - we're SO WAY MORE than just .308AR stuff around here... That's just what started this nuthouse...
  14. ^^^ Caveman Style, right there - just don't drag them by the feet!...
  15. I wouldn't build another Mk12 in 5.56, brother - not after I put together a Mk12 Mod 1 Grendel for @Matt.Cross - no way. That thing is SWEET! Maybe we can get him to flash up some pics of it, with the Ops Inc suppressor on there. THAT little beast can bring the house down. I went absolutely Grendel Batshiit Crazy right before Spring Shoot '18, trying to get one done before that shoot - and I have 4 of those bastards running around the house now. It's the perfect cartridge for a small-frame AR, I kid you not.
  16. If you think that is cool - you should see the 12.5" Grendel smack that 845 steel, with 10.6 mils of drop - repeatedly. THAT is impressive, man!!! It's the cartridge, not the loose nut behind the trigger, on that one... *** with a 4x Leupold scope, too... EDIT - This little hooker right here... is bad to the BONE, man!...
  17. On a 100 yard target, that thing will do under 0.75" groups all day long, with my 55gr handloads or the 75gr Hornady HPBT handloads. Never over that, even if you try to Angelina Jolie that shiit and curve it into the target, jacked on coffee and Copenhagen. At that distance, it usually bugholes them, stacked up. All day, just screwing around. It maintains that fractional percentile out to 600 with the 75gr loads, out to about 400 with the 55s - they open up after that distance. I don't stretch it out beyond that very often, and the Fall Shoot was a decent time to try it. Fired a sighter at the steel at 500 yards, then switched over to the longer target. I was out of my the 75gr handloads, so I reached into the secret stash of the Black Hills Mk262 for that one.
  18. That thing gives me a Giant Freedom Boner every single time I open the door of the gun locker... It goes out to every shoot, every one. The the Fall Shoot this year, we were running the 55gr range loads, and at the 450 target, you had to hold for 500. We switched up to some 69gr match loads, and it was dead-hold 450 for 450 impacts. The 75gr handloads are even better. That thing is a beast. I'm pretty sure I took it out to the long distance range, with some Black Hills Mk262, and it was ON at 845 yards.
  19. BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!
  20. You are ON Social Media, right now, spilling your guts... For someone that has a FIS steal their file, know their first dogs name, etc., ... That's a BOLD MOVE... I stated my opinion on your bullshiit... He asked for FLA and GRU. You didn't give him the information he was asking about, and deflected... in this: Oh, WHAT THE FUK EVER, guy!!! Are you serious?! If you were half of what you're saying you were, you wouldn't be spilling this kind of information on an Open Source site... Are you the next Gecko45?...
  21. That happens every fall, here, brother! They migrate down here for the winters, to get out of that cold of The Great White North! The economy booms here, once the Canuck Snowbirds show up!
  22. No, that was a real beaver, wood-cutting fangs and flat tail and all. Largest Pollock I've ever been friends with in life, Ski, screamed like a girl and ran, when it attacked... I never mentioned any attacks from any of the "other beavers" here, though... Well, besides that last crazyass one...
  23. We've been "testing" a lube for a couple years now that blows everything else out of the water. None of the information or results on it are public, but I'll drag a few of the testimonials and statements out here, specifically about it's performance. Shoot me a PM, and I'll send you a bottle of it - try it, run it, tell me what you think - right here. Just don't mention the name yet. About the only thing I have public on it is this stuff, when I built the .338 Fed gun. You KNOW you have to heavily lube a .308-sized AR to get that thing to run, when new - but not with this stuff... Here's the build thread on that gun - the vids are on page 4 on there.
  24. That's not a joke!!! That happened to ME!!!.....
