  1. Schit. You caught me. I didn't measure them yet... :-[
  2. That little bastard rocks, doesn't it?!!? :hethan:
  3. You're trying to overcome the force of the extractor spring, and make the extractor snap in over the bottom of the round. You're trying to overcome the force of the ejector spring, and compress the ejector with your finger. Gonna be pretty hard to do... Nothing odd happening there, move along folks, move along now...
  4. I was one of the last to order, and mine's not here yet. My computer had issues with the website, and I ended up calling mine in to Jay. As soon as mine gets here, it's getting installed and shot.
  5. 175lb/ft. I know you'll find different numbers across the web. It's 175lb/ft. Since it's going to be a single-shot, and you won't be drilling a gas port, it really doesn't matter what steps he takes in installing it. He's going to have to trial-and-error the headspace, though. Have fun taking that extension off and putting it back on a few times, while machining the extension for the proper headspace. I don't know how many AR barrels he works on, but he's going to need a specific barrel extension installation tool to pull this off. Chambering from the 7.62x63 down to 7.62x51 is going to be quite the chore - I'd like to hear how he's going to do this. Good luck. This neva been dun befo...
  6. Dave, I've got my tracking number already - and I greatly appreciate that. Didn't eevn go 24 hours from the time of the order. For that, you rock... <thumbsup> It's odd to see this kind of response in this industry... You asked what we'd like to see, we told you, and you made the product available damn near immediately. That just doesn't happen in this industry very often. I'll be a customer for life.
  7. Yeah, like gas tube roll pins.
  8. I've actually got a tool to take out and install those things on the 308 ARs. One side removes, the other side helps install.
  9. Just fired up the BCG Master Rebuild Kit - thank you again for setting that up. <thumbsup>
  10. Did your Form 1 go personal, or to the trust?
  11. unclemoak, I can't even explain how awesome it is that you did this. Very, very cool. Can we add these to the cart and buy them, right now?
  12. That was SWEEEEEET!!! :hethan:
  13. Brother, who the hell is gonna engrave Titanium for you?! That stuff is harder than woodpecker lips! <laughs>
  14. Full Auto carrier, brother. No semi carrier. I need to strip it and put it on the scale with another one - I'll use a BCM - and see if the "reduced friction" machining dropped the weight on it any.
  15. That is one damn nice stick, right there. Fine build, my good man. <thumbsup>
  16. Paper clip. Push the end of the paper clip through the hole in the front of the pivot pin - use the paper clip to depress the detent far enough to turn the body of the pivot pin. Once it's turned, cover the end (because that damn detent will FLY!!!) and pull the pin out slowly. Voila. Finished.
  17. This article is from The Federalist. Best piece I've seen yet on all the M855 crap. It's a long-ish read, but very well worth the time: The Obama Administration’s M855 Ammo Ban Is Blatantly Lawless
  18. That is fine, fine work. <thumbsup>
  19. ^^^ All the time, man.
  20. 250 additional rounds of 300BLK. 7 x 30rd mags and 2 x 20rd mags loaded again. Hornady 150gr FMJ BT over 16.1gr H110, CCI 400 primers, cut-down Lake City 5.56 brass.
  21. <lmao> Hurry, brother - 161 in stock now, and it's going down... <laughs>
  22. LeatherNuts, that's awesome, man. <thumbsup>
  23. SS109 will be just like .22LR now - scarce. It's hit the "famous" status, since The King wants it gone. You'll get lucky to find it, it'll get swept off the shelves fast, and the gougers will always be offering it at jacked up prices. That sucks. I'm glad I reload.
  24. Awesome boots, brother. I've had 2 pairs of them, and it's really, really hard to kill them. I still have the second pair in a box somewhere. Check it: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Lowa+Boots
