  1. That's good shooting, Ed. Well done. <thumbsup>
  2. That's 20 cents a round, brother, unless my math is off...
  3. That's why I switched over to this device - no more cutting primer pocket crimps out, just run them in the press. <thumbsup> http://shop.rcbs.com/Products/Case-Preparation/Accessories/Primer-Pocket-Swager-Combo-2.aspx
  4. i do not look forward to taking apart 16 lower receivers and changing out the bolt catches.... ...but i will. :))
  5. Alot of guys said the PUG 15 wouldn't cycle, either, and it ran like a champ. I'd bet this config would do the same - there's alot of gas pressure in the .308 Win rounds. http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2011/08/13/ar-15-hacksaw-pug-15/ http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_118/543391_Introducing_the_andamp_quot_PUGandamp_quot_.html
  6. You'd come close to running out of room to mount a gas block. It would be tight, probably won't go. Here's the Criterion/Fulton 18.5" rifle gas .308 barrel, for comparison - imagine another 4" gone from the front: I'll find the bare 16" and post it up. Small pic - I'll try to find another one, or we enlist the help of SS... :))

    Mission 22

Just got that email from BCM a few days ago. Good job posting that, brother. This kinda goes hand-in-hand with it, with the same push for awareness.
  8. I have no problem connecting. My connection is fast. In fact, I just "connected" to Rob, and he didn't even know it. :ove3: <thumbsup>
  9. I hope he gets the votes, and can kick the King's ass... This pompous motherfucker needs to go. He WAY overstayed his welcome, and he's no longer one of the people we need leading this country. By far. :wtf: :gtfo2:
  10. Shoot at 100, and figure out what your loads are doing. No need in going longer. What's bad at 100 will be worse at 300, provided you're doing your part.
  11. ^^^ You squashed your tube. Well, it's not the first time you've squashed your tube, though. <lmao>
  12. Hookers and Blow. I'm down with it. <thumbsup>
  13. That's kinda the way I'm looking at it.
  14. SS, for a personal vouch, I've been using Tactical Tailor gear since 1995.
  15. ^^^ Bottom line on triggers that you all ordered - he will have them all by the end of next week, and they will ship out almost instantaneously. They hit him, they turn around and ship to you. If you ordered, and you're wondering where your trigger is at, just be patient. You will get it days after he gets it...
  16. Just to let you guys know, I've been talking to Jay throughout this process. He never expected the Group Buy to hit what it did. You fuckers knocked it outta the park. In short, he needs to ship about 40~50 triggers because of this. No joke. He didn't have 40~50 triggers, in the different models ordered, in stock. As fast as orders were coming in to him through here, he was ordering more - just to ship to the Group Buy. Now, I know for a fact that there aren't 40~50 members here that ordered those triggers, and that doesn't even matter. That just means we have visibility (i.e., lurkers) that saw this, and jumped in on it. That also means another thing - Jay only stocks or sells thing he likes, and he will use, and he will test. If it doesn't pass his test, he dumps it. Now, once it passes his test, he is going to offer it up here - on this forum - for another Group Buy. He'll give it to us, once it passes his test. We get it, we try it, we give him feedback. If he liked it, but the majority of us think it sucked - then it is what it is. If we like it, we let him know, and it only goes up from there. We'll have more from Jay, and we're the test-bed, of sorts. I also talked to him about the .308 AR Freaks that are here, and the differences in the 3 major platforms, with the other minor platform (POF and Hogan). I told him that we've tried most everything out there, and about the Peer-Pressure Program ("The Rule"), and we are in a position to try damn near anything he needs to know - if we haven't already done it. If ever a question arises, he can contact us for a resolution, in some way or another. So - you fuckers have been warned. We're on the hook... <lmao>

FUK yeah, brother!!! I KNEW it wouldn't take long for you to get the addiction, affliction, sickness, metamorphosis... :hethan:
  18. I love Freedom Tits... :love4:
  19. When the hell did you get a C39?!!?...
  20. I'm with him. Almost always. Sometimes not, though. EDIT - lemme quantify that a little... DIRT - 100% of the time, without fail, never without the lid. Some pretty serious dirt wrecks in the past, too. STREET - almost all the time.
  21. Yep. <thumbsup> That's when you could go to the bobby store and buy some model rocket engine powder, and the wick material. I know a little bit about that stuff.
  22. Most airplanes have the glide ratio of a brick. And, any "landing" is nothing more than a controlled crash... <lmao> You can fly it all you want. You take off, fly that thing. After it's in the air, let me out - I'll control my own landing... <laughs>
  23. MaDuce is NOT gonna approve of that! :-[
  24. They already know this - they're simply starting with SS109...
