  1. ^^^ I like this - he's already down with his sickness... <lmao> Welcome, man.
  2. Welcome aboard, man - don't hesitate to ask questions, if you're in a bind. Someone will help out shortly. <thumbsup>
  3. Building these things takes time. And money. <thumbsup>
  4. Ron, did you try to run a few full-power rounds through the suppressed rifles that wouldn't run subsonic? Full-power rounds with the can on? That would tell you if it's the rifle, ammo, weather, whatever.
  5. I already accidentally corrupted the boy, a few years ago. Gotta watch my mouth around camp... <lmao>
  6. Gorgeous blades, brother - that is GREAT work! <thumbsup>
  7. Here's a link to their "Framework for Determination" paper that they published. They carefully worded this, and this is what they're going to try to stand on to ram the new regulation down the American throats: http://www.atf.gov/sites/default/files/assets/Library/Notices/atf_framework_for_determining_whether_certain_projectiles_are_primarily_intended_for_sporting_purposes.pdf They tried something similar to this a few years ago for rifle ammo, and I've been reporting on it ever since. They (the agency) made some bullschit "armor piercing" determination, and Barnes Bullets pulled their TSX line. Barnes filed for exemptions for many calibers, and did not include .224" diameter in that list - and we saw 70gr TSX loaded ammunition practically disappear. For the record, 70gr TSX projectiles in the .224" diameter are available again - if you look hard. Read that determination paper in the link above ^^^... It provides insight to the mentality...
  8. Those motherfuckers... We definitely have one extrordinary Piece-Of-Schit In Chief...
  9. Happy Valentine's Day, my brothers. I appreciate you guys so much, I thought I'd get you all a present. Enjoy!
  10. Some pretty badass equipment! PVS-29s in front of magnified optics, PVS-14s for smaller carbines. I still miss the PVS-4 - it was a boat anchor!!! <lmao>
  11. Started Jake off with a CO2 powered pellet pistol. Easy to learn, easy to load, and I used an archery target as the backstop/target. Once he was decent with the CO2 pistol, it wasn't long before he was shooting .22LR rifle with me. I think learning pistol first made rifle shooting a little easier. He was 7 as the start of the pellet pistol, but I wish I would have started him younger.
  12. Damn Roman, that's a sweet pattern - that will make a wicked blade, brother! blue, I agree - my Cold steel SRK is one of my favorite knives, even if it's not a tanto. Love me some Cold Steel.
  13. How does it shoot?
  14. That UPS estimate on the weight is high. Don't worry about having a 9lb rifle until that upper comes in. It won't be 9lbs, brother.
  15. Nice!!! Very well done!

    jail time

Here I am, reading the topic, and thinking my Kali brother got fucking locked up... <lmao> Only thing going through my mind was "How could he fukk up a reload bad enough to get the cuffs?!!?" <laughs>
  17. I'm glad we're talking about the Kukri now. Badass weapon, no matter what the use. This was a gift from a past deployment. Someone earlier, maybe in another thread, was asking how you'd smash something with a Kukri - you use this, and smash schit with your kukri... Love this blade over anything else - this one would be my pick, for whatever reason...
  18. Here's the Jeep, you bastard - and you even get a look at my ass, with it... <lmao>
  19. Now I have 3 of you close. I need to set you guys all up and snatch a buddy of mine, near Cinci. With Zebra involved, we can pull this off and **mostly** stay out of trouble... <lmao> Grab his ass, freak him out, and we're in business. I re-roofed his house in late 2009, right after he broke his leg - he wasn't getting up on that roof, but that roof wasn't making it through the winter. He owes me, and I've been trying to dream up the PERFECT way for him to pay me back... This might be it...
  20. You guys will REALLY be pissed about this - I Googled "Fat chicks with guns" and THIS came up... <lmao>
  21. I use those to center handguards, during mounting. Bridge the gap from the upper to the rail, clamp that riser down, then clamp the rail down. Always come up centered from upper-to-rail. <thumbsup>
  22. ^^^ That's not a bad price.
  23. You nailed that one - let us know what we can do to damage your wallet... It's gonna happen, so just roll with it... <lmao>
  24. 2-week overdue pics here, of the first-off sling. I'll get better pics in different light so you guys can see the 550 - it's chocolate brown, dark brown. The AZ sunshine right now kinda washed it out a little. Damn this sling is sweet! Perfect for this rifle. Jacob - the length is perfect. Run all the way down, full tight, it hugs right to my body like it should. You nailed this one right outta the gate, brother. <thumbsup> You can also use these pics in any manner you so choose - full rights to them. :hail: Sexual Chocolate is now complete! :hethan:
  25. Here ya go, Ed -
