Carb cleaner through it, or put the thing in a solvent tank and run solvent through it. Or, don't worry about it. The pressure of the "process of shooting" will keep blowing the junk back into your gas key on top of the BCG, and contaminate the bolt tail. Clean those areas well based on whatever cleaning schedule you have, and you'll be good to go.

1lb, 4oz non fluted, 1lb, 3.5oz fluted. The fluting removes 0.5 oz from it. That's a damn light barrel, either way. For .625" gas blocks, several companies make them. Shouldn't be hard to find one. PRI always has them in stock.
