The SSA website states this ammunition is marked as blem due to having mixed headstamps but I can say that my order came with all the same headstamps...and yes I looked at all 1000 of them just to be sure. My local VA rep has a copy of mine and other vets in the county stashed in the courthouse records room for safe keeping, I just figured they did that everywhere???? I was advised to take mine to the county courthouse so they could file a certified copy and also provide me with certified copies. I was feeling a little broke so I bought 20 boxes at the $16.95, shipping was $12 for a total of $311. I had no idea there was a "bulk" option that lowered the price by a buck and a half plus free shipping for just 5 more boxes.
