WashOh I see what this means AKTIVE recoil buffer provides 2 stage recoil suppression and single stage into battery weight transfer suppression, which is buffered as well by virtue of the energy absorbtion component contained within the forward piston head.so the ** means the ar15 tube on a 308 means you only get one stage of compression why bother? 98Z5V Posted August 27, 2015 Report Posted August 27, 2015 Can't run that with an AR15 extension on a .308AR, man. Won't work. That pic shows AR15 buffers - rifle and carbine. You need an Armalite AR-10 Carbine receiver extension, and the AR15 carbine buffer from them... No other way. Not from that pic of the product.

Ben Diss Posted August 27, 2015 Report Posted August 27, 2015 If this buffer makes a difference, your rifle is over-gassed. Better to get an adjustable gas block.
