survivalshop
In case you wanted to know if your selling as a dealer or or not , this is a good read from the BATF on how you can tell if they or the courts think you need or needed a FFL to sell that firearm .https://www.atf.gov/file/100871/download

slugger43
Interesting read. Not the most precise law, is it?Also, Obummer's new ExecOrder intends to change the definition of a gun dealer, so this info may be worthless. I have sold and traded in the past, but often wish I had back most of what I sold. Won't be selling under the current situation, that's for damn sure. I'm in "accumulation mode". 392heminut
Hemi nut may I start by saying, you're a lucky man! My wife doesn't mind my firearm hobby at all. It's when she buys ammo is when she hates it.. WTH she's in Walmart all the time. lolThat's another thing. She is always telling me I need to load more ammo to stockpile in case of another shortage or if the government pulls some kind of crap to put a damper on ammo availablity. I told her she's gotta quit buying shoes so I can have some money to buy reloading components. That kind of went in one ear and out the other! I don't think , from what I've been reading, that anything changes , they will just narrow the circumstances of their definition for prosecution or charging, for being a Dealer with out a license . Sisco
I only sell to upgrade. Usually within the same class of firearm. Sold an old imported .45, got a new one with more features.
