Try to find a suppressor manufacturer that will sell you one without a tax stamp. Will never happen because the ATF would pull their license. blue109
I am well aware they are federally regulated...hence my momentary excitement at the headline.
Frankh252
If 39 states say they are legal how is it possible for them to be illegal on a federal level? 39 is more than 50% of 50 right? I'm sure they have some BS mumbo-jumbo to justify it in their own minds but last I heard the US is still a democracy where the majority rules. HoytFlinger
I think it is beyond time for the feds to pull suppressors out of the NFA and let them be purchased like a firearm. It will happen one day I hope.
Frankh252
They were selling them from a table at the gunshow this weekend. Police were in attendance. Didn't seem to be an issue for them.
DNP
That's because the police know what we know....the guy you need to worry about with a suppressor....doesn't follow the laws anyways. He already has one.
jtallen83
HELL YEAH! Wife is going to the LGS to find out about trusts and all the other paperwork tomorrow, I just have to figure out what I want first. Hard not to rush but I've waited my lifetime already. DNP
What you want first....give me six of those, two of those and throw in a couple of those over there! So jealous.

If anyone at your show took one home that day it was arranged prior and just delivered at the show.
