Two start off, I have two favorites, first my Bazooka Bro. AR15-45 Carbine WITH A TRUE A2 upper and then second is my home built DPMS / Tactical Machine lower LR-308A2 Carbine.

I like that .45ar how long have you had it? Did you get it from bazzoka bros? 1.5-2 years ago I was looking at building one and I contacted them with no reply, finally in 4-6 months later I got an email "sorry I was in bad health we will answer emails soon" and never heard back. I see they're still around maybe my next project.

I ordered it back in June 24, 2013.   The lower came in long before the upper did.   He was having trouble getting the uppers.   He started to use a different barrel supplier.   He started to get his barrels from RMW Extreme.   Now Ron Williams at RMW Extreme make his own complete rifle.  This is Ron’s info

Cool thanks if/when I do it I wanna build my own, but I wanna go with the grease gun mags I think they look the best. They remind me of a modern Tommy gun

I'm partial to my SBR. It uses the very same 9.5" Arms Tech Compak 16 upper I took to Iraq in 04-06. It had a GG&G rail on it at the time and an EoTech, but it performed flawlessly. It does not sit in the gun cabinet, but rests bedside as my "things that go bump in the night" gun.

The one in my hand , at the time .:fullauto:

That's exactly what I was thinking when I read the title!

If I have to choose out of my stash it would have to be the 308 Matrix build I just finished. I gotta get some pics of that thing posted up, the burnt bronze looks great! (Thanks Tom!)

Who's this Tom you speak of? He sounds like some kinda mythical beast

Someone said a great, hairy silverback that regularly feeds on high-end tequila........and something about a refrigerator thingee.....

Yup, I liked Vera so much I had to build one of my own. Expensive to feed but fun as hell!

I'm surprised Vera is even operational after the Casa Grande range trip a couple of years ago!

The more I look at the pics of the 45AR......the more I want something in that line of "toy". Something that ahs all the feel and sameness, but is alot cheaper and easier to shoot than my 308AR.

Maybe one of the 9's out there or a project for down the road.  ....great, now I hve something to occupy more of my time/one brain cell now....
