Minnesota changed their reciprocity agreement on concealed carry so now the Utah nonresident CC is no longer honored. I don't know about Florida and some of the other nonresident CC permit states. Minnesota is getting more and more difficult in that regard. Taking away the chance to protect yourself from these crazies. Sounds like Illinois, you can get an outta state permit there it cost you 300$ and 16 hours..............but they're not offering it at this time.....
