Rare Breed FRT-15 Trigger

Recommended Posts

All this ATF Injunction means is that Rare Breed can't sell them anymore.

It doesn't mean that they're illegal.  ATF hasn't won that fight yet.  They just won the fight (by passing it through a New York State District Attorney) that Rare Breed can't sell them anymore.

As of today, the forced reset trigger rule has been vacated by US district court.  Judge Reed O'Connor applied the Cargill decision to this case and threw out the case.  He further ordered the ATF to return all seized and voluntarily surrendered property to their lawful owners.  They are also forbidden from prosecuting, harassing or bothering any manufacturer, dealer and owner of these.

I knew this was the only common-sense decision that would come out of this, after all the recent decisions that are stopping these agencies from just making sh!t up on their own.

Well done.   :thumbup::hail:

BATFE is completely getting their dick kicked in, which is what they needed for a long time, pulling this sh!t.

There was a member on full30 who stated he bought one and claimed to have destroyed it when the rule was started. They was kinda spendy, I don’t think I could have destroyed one had I bought it. :bitchslap:

No sympathy for any cuck who destroyed or surrendered or registered anything because some BS regulation changed.

if RB agreed to "aggressively protect its copyright" in order to get the win, they are punks. Sounds like a deal with the devil. Like the CIA helping one cartel as long as they agree to kill off the others....Or big gov funding and training a certain terror group as long as they agree to go after the government we want destroyed. I hope RB understands how these deals always end. Devil always comes after his "friends" after they do his dirty work.

Why wouldn't you aggressively protect your copyright, brother?  You invented it.  Armalite did it for years, with the use of the "AR-10" term.  Then, they just gave up, and we now have some truly shiit "AR-10" products on the market now - that aren't anywhere near AR-10 in the least.
