Anyone under 21 buying a long gun is automatically delayed 10 days.  Anyone under 21 already can't buy a handgun, but that long gun change is a big one. 

CCW information now goes in beside Driver's License Info (shiit for dealers to do, not you the buyer).  Lots more questions that would out you as a straw buyer (or a way to entrap you if you are a straw buyer).  Fukkers shouldn't be straw-buying anyway...
