The two-party system is an absolute failure at this point. Divided we fall. And both parties are all-in on division.

The fastest way to reign it in is to eliminate the voting privileges of those whose sole means of support is from the government entitlement programs. In other words if you do not ever pay taxes, you don't vote. You can earn your vote by contributing at any time, but it should be removed if you do not continue to contribute. Voting should not be a birthright. The system, as it is currently, cannot be fixed without massive upheaval. Something has got to change or this republic will further fade into an oligarchy like most other nations
