Look at almost any patrol cop's hand while he's at work and he'll usually have something written on it... Names, DOB's, license plates, lunch orders, something the wife warned you not to forget. My hand is like an etch-a-sketch. I write, erase and rewrite all day long. Picture this... You're driving down the street. You hear something that you MUST remember (in my case it's police radio traffic). With one hand you quickly pull a pen from your shirt pocket. The other hand is busy steering the car, laying helpless and defenseless, looking like a prime note pad. What else do you write on?
