Ordering Policies

In light of recent events, we are experiencing an extreme increase in order volume, which has completely overwhelmed our phone and email capacity. We apologize for the inconvenience and delays, and we appreciate your patience. Beyond this, the uncertainty of the current political situation has necessitated some changes in policy on our part about which you, our customers, should be made aware.

First, we must insist that customers refrain from inventory or status checks. The uncertain future means that our time and manpower is desperately needed to process and fulfill new and existing orders. Customers with existing rifle orders should still see delivery within the timeline originally forecast when the order was placed. For future orders, though, it is no longer possible to predict with any accuracy the delivery date of rifles going forward. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

In the near future, we are also implementing the following changes as to what kind of orders we will accept and how orders will be handled in order to facilitate our ability to deliver our products and services in the most efficient way possible:

■1. Because we must reserve components for rifle builds, we will no longer accept orders for stripped receivers or Lowers with Triggers (LWT). The webpage for these items will be inaccessible for this reason.

■2. Likewise, because our remaining supply of magazines must be saved to supplement rifles orders, the magazine section of the web store will also no longer be accessible.

■3. We will not accept orders for Presentation Grade Finish (PGF) or the Duracoat options as these are very time consuming procedures and would severely limit our production capability.

■4. For some time, it has been difficult to readily obtain certain stocks (those from Magpul in particular) within the timeline of the rifle builds, and we now cannot afford to delay shipment. So, if at the time of completion we do not have the exact stock and grip that you have specified, we will contact you about substituting an alternative in order to get the rifle shipped. If you are not willing to substitute an alternative in that situation, the order will be canceled and your deposit refunded. As with magazines, we will be reserving our existing supplies of stocks and grips for rifle production, so this page of the website will also be inaccessible.

■5. We will not accept customer rifles in for custom work until further notice. We must devote all production capacity to building and shipping new rifles.

■6. In the worst case scenario (i.e., a federal ban is implemented with an effective date that is within the build window of your order), the lower assembly will be shipped to your dealer so that you can legally take possession of the restricted component as soon as possible and then receive the upper assembly when it is finished.

Because this situation is dynamic, it is likely to change on a weekly if not daily basis. We will attempt to update this page of the website promptly as events proceed.

Thanks for your support!

I fully support them in what measures they are taking - that's a smart approach.  Their bottom line is about getting complete rifles to "complete rifle customers" as soon as possible.

Hell yeah - you guys get the complete rifles to the people that need them, and get as many out the door as you possibly can.  <thumbsup>

I agree. Companies like JP, Armalite and any of the others, should definitely be concentrating on complete rifles. Granted, most of these will be going to the "johnny come lately's", but that's fine. As 98 said, get these things out into peoples hands.

As for the rest of us.....just get us some quality parts....and we'll do the rest.

Because they wanna keep us drugged up. Not armed to the teeth.

I think the explanation is even more simple than that. The pharmaceuticals industry can pump 10s, 100s, and 1,000s times more money into the US lobbies than the pro-gun crowd can. If you knew how much moolah big pharmaceuticals is pumping into our government, you'd probably pass out at the realization.

Big pharma is sickeningly everywhere.

Look at the 3 & 4 page ads they have for one drug in magazines.

This pills most doctors push cost them ZERO dollar$, given to them by big pharma as a hook.  Many swallow it line and sinker.

It is how Prozac got so damn ubiquitous back in the 1990s.  "Awww...your dog died.  Here, take this."
