My attempt at a pistol build. Thanks for the help guys. It turned out great went out last night and tested fired. So far so good! Need to upgrade a few parts but least she is up and rolling now.

Not going to lie.... I kinda like the plain barrel w/o a muzzle device. I'm sure it's loud as hell, but it looks slick.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. It is threaded think ill wait till this winter and get my ass in gear on some suppressors. Gonna go with Allen Engineering I think.

Montana, what did you hit for a final length on it, back-of-receiver-extension to tip-of-bare-barrel?   LAW Tactical folding stock adapter adds 1.5", just sayin'.  <thumbsup>

5.56. It's actually chambered in 223 wylde. Hope to get a few more rounds through it tomorrow. And just for the hell of hit see how it groups at a 100 after a little more break in.

11.5" does great at 100, brother.  7.5" won't do too bad at 100, either.  You just lose alot of MV through the 7.5 stuff, which definitely does have an effect on bullet fragmentation.

Lol it came in 26 in and a whisker biscuit. To close for comfort. Some one elsemight look at the tape different then i did. So trying the AFG. Gotta move cows tomorrow so will be packing the little devil all day in hopes of something to pop the cherry on.

Finally got some new pistol pics tonight, as I was FIVE MONTHS late getting info into another thread.  You magically appeared in my mind at that time, too...  :banana: :love4:  <lmao>

 

With the Law Tac Folding Stock Adaptor, I'd safely call the 7.5" pistol (from bare barrel end to back of receiver extension) a 23 1/4" length.  The 11.5" pistol comes in with similar measurements, and I'd say it's 27 1/4" total length, bare barrel.

Yep - the adapter turns the 11.5" into "Firearm."  No longer a "pistol" in the eyes of my brothers a BATFE, based on their own 26" definition.  <thumbsup>
