5 20rd FAL mags and 2100 rds of 22LR

I had pizza left over from lunch.

I'm glad I skipped that one. I was going to go, but I had to send more of my hard-earned money to the government. I too have a 5.7 and have held on to the ammo I have instead of paying outrageous prices to replace it. I went to a show in Mesquite a month or so ago and saw a few boxes for $55 - only about 2.5X what they should be.

There was some confusion at the sporting goods store.When I was ready to pay for my purchase of a box of shotgun shells, the cashier said "strip down, facing me." Making a mental note to complain to the manager about the anti-gun people running amok, I did as she instructed. When her hysterical shrieking finally subsided, I learned she was referring to my credit card. I have been asked to shop elsewhere in the future. They really need to make instructions more clear!

$700 is the price of a non-tactical FNP-45. The tactical usually will run you $1000, even a for a used one.

With as much as most of these rifles cost (my LAR 8 included), they should give hats and/or t-shirts with the gun. :yup:

Not the most economical, but I really enjoy my FN 5.7. I haven't been able to shoot it lately because ammo is damn near impossible to find. It is light, accurate and very little recoil. I carry it with me more often than not. My second favorite is FNX45, 15+1 rds of 45 is nice to have.

I saw these at the gun show a couple of weeks ago and made note of the name so I would never buy from them when prices get back to normal. 525 Winchester for $240 They had other brands at similar prices at the show.

I have a Canon SX130IS and love it for everyday use. It is not necessarily the quickest focusing, but it was about $250 a couple of years ago. Here are a couple of pictures I took in CO about 2 years ago. Both are taken from the same spot. The first one is without zoom. If you notice the water in the lower left part, the second picture is the edge of that water on maximum zoom - 12X optical and 48X total. I had to compress the files by 50% due to file size maximum

I had that CD as an alarm clock for about a year right after I got married. My wife still won't listen to it 23 years later. Did you see him in the crappy reality show, Supergroup, with Sebastion Bach and Jason Bonham? It was on in 2007 or so. Sorry to thread jack. Back to the original topic now. Nuge is a master of soundclip putdowns. He is well-versed in what he talks about and can get in a shot before the other person has a chance to talk over him. If only there were more conservatives willing and able to be as bold.

I just seasoned 2 full pork loins to smoke tomorrow because I feel like having some charred meat in the near future. They are hanging out in the fridge overnight with a few pork ribs that I am going to try to cook.

Coors Light most commonly for me too. I have been trying some dark beers over the last few years. Shiner Bock was my first intro into the dark side. I have no big favorites that I buy repeatedly. I just try different things that look good when I'm at the store. My wife calls them "chewy beers" and sticks to Coors Light. I tried this one and could only drink one. It was worse than the apple pie moonshine I bought at the liquor store (and poured out).

Successful businesses do not remain successful unless they minimize the effects of whatever regulations they are forced to adhere to. Unfortunately, people get laid off, work fewer hours, and or get less benefits. Obamacare is the latest regulation that businesses are having to deal with. The number one priority of a business of any size is to make money for the owners and/or shareholders. That is all. Anything else is secondary. There is no right for employees to have a job at a business. The job belongs to the owner/company and it is theirs to do what they wish with it, including eliminate it if it costs more money than it produces.
