I was polite about it at least...lol. research "the rule" on this site for more info. Technically, you met every trigger point for it. When asking about a new product, one must be careful in wording. If nobody responds in 24 hours with a review of said product, the OP will purchase and come back with a review. It's not a strongly enforced rule, other than by Internet badgering of the OP, but it is definitely respected when followed. Usually a win win. I have yet to see someone upset by their purchase.

I think your the man for the job. Pick one up. Report back on how it goes. You'll be the review you were looking for and can share to help out all the future web searches with that info. I'm sure it's a great piece.

We had an intern here that worked at a range down the street from us as well. He was on duty when a man took his own life in the lane next to my old boss and his 19 year old daughter. He met the daughter in that event, started dating and my old boss sent him our way for a job. They had a policy there that they do not rent to anyone unless there are two people. Shooters who come in alone must bring their own weapon because they've had that happen before. Someone comes in, rents a gun and takes their own life. It's messed up.

I like them. It's all in what you want to do and how you want it to look. I wouldn't put it on all my rifles, but I like it on a couple. It's secure, you're not going to knock it out of place. I think it makes good sense for a gun you might beat around a touch.

I wonder if they make a modified 10 round drum for the restricted states...I mean, we all want to at least look cool. And no, I don't want a ten round drum. There will be folks here looking for them though. It'll look super cool along with the fake can.

You mean...6-15/16"? I've seen that number before. That's what it should be. The Armalite buffer you are showing is a rifle length buffer made for a rifle length tube. That is the wrong part for the 7" tube.

I just got a call from a good friend asking if I had one or had shot one. He has a line on a pretty good deal, but he needs some convincing. I've held one at the store, and considered it as an option when I was shopping 6 months ago, but have never shot it. Seems a bit heavy on the front, but maybe that's a good thing. Anyone here have one, or have and good info for a thumbs up or thumbs down on it?
