probably the least of your worries if you just got done "gigging one pesky zombie". Still a worry, just not very high on that list.

9lb bone in. 13.5hours set @ 225 (which meant 225-275 traeger temp) Pecan Pellets. 7 hours of Oak Ridge "game changer" brine...need to do 12 or more next time as recommended. Rubbed with a 4:1 mix of Oak Ridge "secret weapon" and "dominator sweet rib". Tasty. Got a little bit of ring to it-the brine definitely helps in that area.

Funny thing is....not as impressive as usual.

That's how we have to carry em in Cali. They still look cool, but function is limited due to the muzzle protector. The streets are way safer now and dog bites from legally owned mutts have decreased. We can relax and know in our hearts that we have saved the children....
