9lb bone in. 13.5hours set @ 225 (which meant 225-275 traeger temp) Pecan Pellets. 7 hours of Oak Ridge "game changer" brine...need to do 12 or more next time as recommended. Rubbed with a 4:1 mix of Oak Ridge "secret weapon" and "dominator sweet rib". Tasty. Got a little bit of ring to it-the brine definitely helps in that area.

Yep. It's a chity list. Now...it doesn't make the gun illegal to own in CA, just illegal to sell new. I wanted a kimber desert warior...not on the list. I can get the black one, and THEN paint it any color I would like....just can't buy it in the color I would like. I was looking into a Wilson Combat at one point...they said I would have to buy one list approved and then send it back to them and they would cerakote it. Hell, if I'm going that route....might as well pick an artist to handle it. Don't know how we get dipshit laws like this.
