since day 1 in the sandbox. MFers counted our ammo out, and told us they would be spot checking it to make sure every round was accounted for. they never did, but it's still pretty stupid. I also got a "ticket" from an MP outside of BIAP for not wearing a seatbelt. then 2 days later a bunch of folks got killed when someone chucked a grenade into their hummer and they couldn't get out fast enough because of the stupid ass seatbelts. the rule went away, but I still got in trouble for my ticket. non mil people just don't realize how painfully idiotic 98% of the military is.

in the documentary I watched, and as talked about in some of jons links, it's not about hurting people, it's about getting these atomized metals into the atmosphere for the purpose of ?..... poisoning the population is an unpleasant side affect, but I'm sure the ends justify the means. I'm not totally buying it, but I've seen some interesting stuff about it all that at least makes me wonder.

so...I'm the first to make fun of the chem trail loons, but a guy I work with gave me a DVD called What in the world are they spraying. it raised some interesting points about aluminum levels spiking in soil, plants and animals, while showing footage of climate scientists discussing how getting atomized metals like aluminum into the atmosphere could be a way to fight global warming. was a pretty well done documentary. also had some tie ins to monsanto making aluminum resistant seeds. it's probably on YouTube if anyone has some time to waste.

this may sound silly, and a little noobish....but I still clear my pistols 2 or 3 times in a row EVERY time. not that I don't trust I did it right the first time, it's just the price of failure is so high. if I'm at home...I ALWAYS stick my pinky in the chamber even after I look. never know if one of them dang invisible bullets slipped in your range bag.

the hard part would be finding the "right" group. I'm sure there are quite a few that you wouldn't really want to associate with. I also know some of the "right" ones don't really advertise for fear of infiltration and rely on recommendations from within for recruitment. I'm not saying any of this applies to your organization..it sounds large and legitimate, I just know there are quite a few douchy supremacist groups in AZ who gather under the cover of patriot/militia.

Timney was fine with my M80...but wouldn't pop my ugly '70s Indian. I have about 300 rounds left and it's good for desert plinking. the AR10 Timney would probably work, but I'm wanting to try something different.

any of you geissele users ever shoot crap surplus 7.62? I had to pull the Timney(standard) out of my 308 because it took 2 hits to pop milsurp primers. have the factory trigger in there now which works fine. just trying to decide what to replace it with now.
