Well Indiana will allow rifles for deer hunting this year.They snuck it in around the DNR,the DNR is not happy.So it be .308,30-06 and a few others.I am looking forward to going out this year and hunting with my neighbor who knows the area well.My choice of rifle will be Garand or M5.

Everyones different,the star selector fit me just right.I bought a few of the Battle Arms development selector just because they were forum sponsors.They in my opinion were alot more money and weren't any better the the RRA selector IMHO.

Brother Drew does put himself out there so that this forum is possible,and the price is right.If this is the worse that happens it's gonna be ok.Just my 2 mags.

I have RRA poly mags in 20's and 5's.Can't see Moses Machine being a big improvement for the extra $5.00.RRA sez they won't be available til second quarter of this year.

My Standard Operator with scope and full metal mag #14.5.Love my RRA,but I have a M5 Aero with 14.5 barrel that is a close second and a bit lighter..308/7.62 yea,yea,yea.

The vid on Garand tips and tricks was great.I just learned something.Damn fine rifle,30-06..gotta love it.Like was said in the "tricks and tips" vid.rifle skirts the laws of restrictive states.No detachable magazine and less than 10 round capacity.Lookin at sending my rifle to Fulton Armory for assesment and tweaking to fit John Garand as issued class.
