Just guessing here but via RICO is one way. All an agency has to do is allege that your property was used in a crime or that cash money is the proceeds of crime, and they can sieze it. X-percentage of cash goes directly into the police budget. Possessions like real estate can be owned by the agency or sold for proceeds. Jon

Yup...it was LA County Sherrif's that raided a home in the next county, killed the home owner, then siezed the home under RICO. Having worked corrections, I know it is 3 or 4 percent of the officers that make it hard for the other 96 or 97%...big chips on their shoulders, can't do their job right, instigate crap between officers/inmates or officers/public or officers/administration. The majority of the rest are doing their job and real nice folks. Jon

There are folks that are already refusing to purchase any product made by a Freedom Group/Cerberus corporation. If we gun owners could form a sort of union, it may prevent these investment companies from ventures into guns/shooting accessories. Colt/S&W suffered the same fate in the past couple of decades. If as soon as they purchased said company, their sales plummeted to ZERO, they would soon leave the gun business alone. Jon

My wife's Mom died a couple of years after we married. Her Dad got remarried a few years later. His wife has always been into holiday baking, so they are now having an annual Christmas Cookie Bake Day. Shortbread cookies with heavily dyed butter creme frosting. I'd post a picture but they don't last long. We didn't do it this year but my family (since I was a kid) has a tradition of croissants served hot, with coffee or cocoa, with butter and orange marmalade (the sweet kind) for the bread. No fuss, no muss. Jon

What limp case is that? I took a look at those Voodoo molle shotgun scabbards. I don't believe that the 930SPX will fit, with the front sight. It doesn't fit in a standard shotgun case. Jon

Correct, sir. It looks like I can get that plate out after removing the recoil spring and guide. The plate has a hole through the middle of it the spring and rod go through. May do that tomorrow. Jon

Alright, went to the range to play RSO and had some time to unload some light loads. On the second magazine of 8, couldn't pull the trigger. Did a check, the safety was off. Tried the trigger and got a click. Ejected the live round in the chamber, cycled the safety on then off, then it went bang. Got home and pulled it apart for cleaning and it looks like the plate under the safety which blocks the trigger from moving, when the safety is engaged, is binding a bit. When I have some more time next week, I'll pull that part and ensure it is deburred, polish it up a bit. Anyone else experience something similar? Jon
