That guy was interviewed on the JT Harris show in-studio this afternoon. Anti-gunners are flipping out with all sorts of racist remarks to/about him. I don't believe they used an AK barrel, rather I believe they threaded the AR barrel on the muzzle with left-hand threads in order to use an AK brake. Which are very plentiful. And work.
