Just one of many reasons I'm moving to the Tucson area in the next couple of years!
As soon as Az. passed legislation allowing concealed carry without a permit Josh started packing my old Colt Officers ACP 1911. He caries just about everywhere. Sure makes a dad proud!
Hey Tom, we'll be at Josh's in Tucson this weekend! If you come down give me a call. Come to think of it, if you got that Cerakote work done you could bring that stuff down with you. If not, no worries.
That's a shame, law enforcement could sure use a lot more leaders like that these days, they are pretty rare!
I have a friend in Tucson that recently retired from the Border Patrol. He spent the last several year of his career in Internal Affairs investigations. At his retirement party he told me he took that position so he could watch out for his brothers and make sure they didn't get schit on by Administration.
These are the kind of men that make me proud to have been part of the thin blue line.
Interesting! New Mexico has a much higher ownership rate than Arizona or Texas, one out of every two!

I can sum it up briefly for me, Matt Cross's AR 308 with the suppressor! THAT gun right there is what I would build! Hopefully Matt will post up what all is in it 'cause I don't know all the details, all I know is I want one!
Reminded me of a funny story! My youngest son Josh's best friend on the H.S wrestling team was a big blonde headed kid that wasn't the sharpest pencil in the box. They were wrestling the state tournament up in Albuquerque and blondie won his match whereupon he jumped up, punched the air and yelled "FUK YEAH!" The ref yelled "Disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct!" My older son who was the head Varsity wrestling coach (being the quick thinker he is) jumps up and runs over to the ref and starts apologizing and tells him "It's not his fault, he has tourette's!" The kid does not have tourette's but the ref bought it and withdrew the DQ!
No need to brother, you got me! If you ever get the urge to build a 1911 I will gladly pack up my tools and come to your place and teach you the whole process. Seriously, its not as complicated as some of those gas powered toys you build.
ADD is right! LOL! I even dragged those things out of the truck and set them next to the targets and target stands (damn poppers are heavy and bulky) and no one showed any interest. If I remember right, Doc offered to help load them back in the truck Sunday morning.
