  1. Personally, I wouldn't even consider trying to contain you brother. You're what I want to be when I grow up, no schit!
  2. Better bring something besides MGD, I'm a beer snob ya know!
  3. I might be interested in this Rob. I just won a Glock 21 at our big Phoenix Choir Boys run. I don't have the pistol yet but since it's new I'm assuming it will be a Gen.4? Does the trigger work with any generation? I've never owned a Glock before so I don't know squat about them.
  4. I have a 12" Crescent wrench that ground down to a thinner profile for something several years ago and have been using it on muzzle devices ever since then.
  5. I agree with this 100% JT. Except for how you spelled dissidents, I had to fix that!
  6. Double post!
  7. Nope! If he used the pistol that's in the picture just above his head (pretty likely due to the proximity) there would only be a somewhat small exit wound. I've seen several headshot suicides during my career and the ONLY ones that blew out a large portion of the head was with a 12 ga. shotgun and with a Ruger Redhawk 44 mag and with the 44 mag the guy's brains were right next to his head, nowhere close to being splattered all over the place! The picture looks exactly like I would expect it to look after someone stuck a pistol in their mouth and pulled the trigger. Going on my experience there's no red flags in that picture!
  8. None of you guys caught this? Dirk is talking to himself now! WTF!!!!!
  9. Tom or one of you other military guys can correct me if I'm wrong but I've always been told that you can't see a tracer from the front, only from behind. If that's the case then tracer rounds probably wouldn't have given away his position?
  10. Not your first one either!
  11. Awesome video!
  12. Sisco, I doubt that you'll see any appreciable bullet drop difference with a suppressor. General consensus is that a suppressor actually raises muzzle velocity a slight amount. What you MIGHT experience is impact shift with the suppressor on the gun but that could go pretty much any direction.
  13. I'm the same way brother! And I won't spend a fukkin dime on anything to do with the NFL either! These people are paid to entertain us and nothing more. When they start thinking their status as entertainers gives them some sort of elite status and they can push their political beliefs on me because they think they're special then fukk them, IN THE NECK!
  14. I've got two of those Bushnell's and they've been really good scopes.
  15. Beer and fireworks in the same place, gotta love it! Hold my beer and watch this schit!

    First Grade

Damn, that word is still popping up around here?
  17. Working more than I want to at my retirement job at the local hospital. We bought a $60K 40 ft. 5th wheel toy hauler so I have to make some money so we can go somewhere in the damn thing! Been spending a lot of quality time with my son Josh and the 1 year old grandson in Tucson too.
  18. Hey, it's been a busy summer!
  19. Waaaay back in the day you used to be able to buy an oil filter kit from J.C. Whitney for cars that didn't come with oil filters and the things used rolls of toilet paper for the filters. I don't know how well that worked (it was before my time) but it probably worked better than using them for a suppressor!
  20. I went to the tupperware side too Jacob! I got tired of packing that 1911 and caught a ridiculous sale at PSA on S&W Shields (I hate the grip angle on Glocks). I bought one in 40 S&W since I have 2K rounds of factory ammo sitting on the shelf. It's a great packing gun but the little bastage has a kick with that hot azzed Border Patrol ammo!
  21. Took the wife to Pizza Night at the Luna Rossa Winery west of town last night and found out Sheriff Jim Wilson is performing there tomorrow night! I've read a lot of his gun articles in Shooting Times magazine and on the NRA site and he's a very knowledgeable gun guru and an accomplished lawman but I didn't know that he was also a country music performer! Guess I need to go and see if Sheriff Jim is worth his salt when it comes to music!
  22. I don't know what number it was, but a friend of mine that ran an automotive machine shop used a green Loctite on cylinder liners when he drove them into the engine blocks. He swore by that stuff.
  23. The liberals are getting crazier every day and sane people are scared, hence the uptick in gun sales!
  24. Hell, I don't even drink BEER from a beer can! I pour that schit into a glass or mug, preferably chilled in the freezer beforehand.
