Anyone ditch an AR-15 after picking up your AR-10?

I don't ditch much of anything (except guns I've won in raffles that I don't have a use for). I keep what I have and just acquire more. Besides, my wife gets pissed at me when I get rid of a gun! REALLY! She was born in Cuba and witnessed first hand the hardships of living under a communist regime. -
1. ME - I live here. I'm here all the time. 2. Matt Cross. 17 Oct arrival. 3 & 4. Ron R-Squared and daughter. 17 Oct arrival. 5. ROB. He decided to make his flight in for the 18th, so he'll arrive sometime while we're out there already shooting. I don't know what I'n gonna do with him, but I don't need to count him into the Wednesday night grill-cooking, due to his time management skills... 6. Greg/GREG. Arrives 17 Oct. I don't know which one will show up at the airport, but I know which one I'll find around the grill that night... 7. mrraley - will arrive 17 Oct. Will fly out 22 Oct 8. DNP - heading straight for the secret location. Likely arrival on the 17th. Getting the trailer fixed up right now and still working on the wife who doesn't want to come out and be neglected all weekend. Things are about to get interesting for us financially, so who knows at this point. Glad I already bought ammo. 9. Ray. 17 Oct arrival 10. Neal 18th late afternoon, maybe I can do another impromptu trip to the airport.... 11/12. Ron and Susan. Arrival unknown at this time, but arrival well respected... 13. Larry. Friday the 19th only (day trip)

I've got one of those 345's (5.7) hemi's in my 70 Cuda. It has a 6.2 Hemi cam in it with TTI headers and an Edelbrock 750 carb, everything else is stock. That little bastard is a terror in that 3400 lb. car!
-
BTW motherbitches, looks like I might be able to get over there for the day on Friday!

My wife can, just ask Tom! That cat loves her!

Damn I hate to say this but I'm not going to make this one! One of my guys is having his retirement party on the 20th. and it's something I just cannot miss. I was this guys FTO and he was at my retirement party and in between those two things we went through some street schit together. This guy IS my solid brother in blue. Those of you who wear the badge will understand what I'm saying and I'm sure Tom will too. Sure gonna miss seeing you guys!?

A garage story... One evening, after the honeymoon, Tom was working on his Harley motorcycle in the garage. His new wife was standing there by the bench watching him. After a long period of silence she finally said, "Honey, I've just been thinking, now that we are married, maybe it's time you quit spending so much of your time out here in your garage. You probably should also consider selling your Harley and all your welding equipment along with your gun collection, your fishing gear, the boat and all those stupid model airplanes, plus dump that vintage hot rod sports car and your home brewing equipment." Tom got a horrified look on his face. She said, "Darling, what's wrong?" He replied, "There for a minute, you were starting to sound like my ex-wife." "Ex-wife!?" she screamed. "YOU NEVER TOLD ME YOU WERE MARRIED BEFORE!" Tom replied, “I wasn’t."

Sonofabitch I love dragracing! Just brute power, get it off the line and try and get it to the end of the track! The faster they are, the harder it is to do. One of the best passes I ever saw was John Force at the Nationals in Phoenix years ago making a pass against Del Worsham. Fukker had to backpedal that car 6 or 7 times to get to the end of the track and was weaving all over but he won! If any of you ever get the chance to go watch nostalgia Fuel Altereds race (not that late model funny car chassis crap) DO IT! You will never see any wilder, seat of the pants racing than that schit! There's a reason NHRA did away with them as a competition class.

LIFESAVER!!!!! My Dillo Dust container is damn near empty (will probably be empty by the time the shoot rolls around) and yes, that is some of the best rub I've ever used on pork loin! I HAD a backup bottle of Dillo Dust but my wife gave it to my older son, didn't know that schit is hard to come by. Dammit!?

Unacceptable Tax Return This example shows the importance of accuracy in your tax return. The IRS has returned the tax return to a man in New York City implying that he answered one of the questions incorrectly. In response to the question, "Do you have anyone dependent on you??, the man wrote: "7.1 million illegal immigrants, 1.1 million crack-heads, 4.4 million unemployable scroungers, 80,000 criminals in over 85 prisons, at least 450 idiots in Congress and a group that call themselves politicians." The IRS stated that the response he gave was unacceptable. The man's response back to the IRS was, "Who did I leave out?"

The suppressors here in the States have some exotic materials for the internals such as inconel (the stuff they use to make exhaust valves for top fuel engines). They are way overbuilt to last as long as possible because of all the hassle to replace one here, which is why prices are so much higher here. Those exotic metals aren't cheap but it's damn near impossible to burn out a baffle made out of schit like that.

We have a Want to Buy section, it's right below this one in the forum list!

Fukkers will probably move down here! If they go to Columbus no one will even pay any attention to them!

Damn! I'm glad we got out of there before THAT schit rolled in! It was pretty calm down in Tucson, we were there until about 9:00 PM.

Destroyed after 30 days! That's B.S.! I don't know if that's department policy or some kind of state law there but in New Mexico, if the person who turned the gun in can legally posses a firearm he or she would be able to claim it after a certain period of time. I personally wouldn't have turned it in if it was clean, but I have contacts in law enforcement who would run a check on it, document it and not take the firearm if it was clean. Oh yeah, I USED to have a Kimber Eclipse Target II but it went away. Didn't fall in the river though, a jarhead took it out of my safe and decided to keep it!?

@98Z5V Josh got called out for that schit! All the fukkin way up to Maricopa! Someone's neighbor had a slide in camper that got blown upside down on top of their propane tank and they called Ferrell Gas. Josh had to go make sure nothing was leaking or broken. We were just heading to The Yardhouse in Tucson for dinner when he got the call. He didn't get back home until about 10:00 PM.

As soon as I saw the picture I thought "That is TOM!" before I even started reading anything!

That right there! Use of lethal force to create a non-lethal outcome can open the officer to lawsuit city!
