  1. Disappointed again, Mississippi should be in the top five, they actually have a tax free weekend on guns and ammo, putting their money where their mouth is.
  2. @shepp how's canning supplies stock in your area? I here all the new canners complaining they can't find lids.
  3. This set-up is the gold standard recoil system for the large frames, get one when you can as it has already went up $20 since I bought my last kit. https://www.armalite.com/SACItem.aspx?Item=AR10REKIT01&ReturnURL=/Armalite/Product-Category/AR10-Parts-Accessories&Category=4eeff98b-d9a6-40fd-be6b-ab2e44ec1080
  4. This sling adapter from Midwest Industries will snug up on a pistol tube, made to go all the way forward but creates an adjustable stop, just not quickly adjustable. https://www.midwestindustriesinc.com/product-p/mctar-30hd.htm

  7. @Roam_Rifles, will y'all be selling receiver sets and handguards separately?

  9. Had similar erratic accuracy issue with a new build once. When taking it apart to see what I could see I noticed a small mark on the gas block and corresponding mark inside the rail. It had a business card thickness clearence but evidently the barrel whipped enough to make it touch the rail, swapped for a smaller gas block and issues went away. Now it could also have been a barrel nut or other assembly issue but since it shot fine after putting it back together I quit looking.
  10. I have used the SBA3 and not had any issues, they have another, the SBA4, that looks even sturdier. I have an early Sig brace on my P716, it has issues sliding up when shooting so I will stick with the braces that will lock up in position. https://www.sb-tactical.com/product-category/brace/
  11. Fresh batch showed up, man is it good!
  12. Nice country, nice people, and just five hours from home.
  13. I have the same issue, think I have only used one that did the job out how many I don't know.
  14. So what your saying is I'm probably running my last standard propane grill cause that's not much more than I paid for the the one I have right now.
  15. The dual ejector set in my Sig 308 AR bolts are AR-15 ejectors and springs, betting yours are as well. Get a few extra springs and do a little sniping, you won't be out much for trying.

  17. Welcome from Iowa, via Kansas! I have built on a few of those 12.5 inch Sig barrels as well as having the Sig P716 piston version. Hands down the DI guns are superior, lighter, better balanced, softer shooting, and half the price. My P716 is a jam-O-matic but the DI's have all ran suppressed and and standard without issue.

  19. Galactica DIPA from Clown Shoes in Boston, Mass. A hint of lemon lime aroma but mostly get a malty fresh beer smell. The malty bread dough flavor outpaces the hops up front but it quickly goes to an old school hop bitter. If you think the name means you will get a classic galaxy hop flavor you're not. More what I have tasted in west coast IPA's with Cascade hops. Never been a fan of the old school IPA's and this one fits that bill.

  21. When I read this it sounded like a good opportunity to collect some DI vs. Piston gun data. If I follow the story the Indians bought a batch of 716 piston guns and now are getting the 716i DI version. Then I started thinking about what might be coming the way of CDNN in a few years. https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2020/07/14/breaking-indian-army-orders-more-716i-rifles-from-sig-sauer/
  22. If you can find them the bullets used in the MK319 mod 0 are devastating. The surplus 319 is good stuff.

  24. So Full 30 has new ownership, what say you @Robert@FULL30 https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/full30-video-platform-announced-new-ownership/
  25. That drop was deceptive, I could not find any silver to buy under $15, spot was low but silver dealers were not letting physical silver go for that $12. I was able to use my scam-demic check on silver after that, ranged from $15-$17. Been getting about a $100 worth a week of junk silver on ebay up until this weekend, my lowball bids are not touching it now. My Dad is still upside down on it, he bought during the Buffet run at $28.
