That was my experience with the 338 fed. barrel of theirs. I ended up polishing the chamber with a mop and some jewelers rouge. Went a little at a time, polish test fire, polish test fire....... maybe 4 rounds of that, it seems to have helped but it could be the rounds fired while testing helped break it in.

While we debate the constitution they continue their march to a one world government, a new world order. Our refusal to follow their unconstitutional edicts is the only way back to Liberty we have.

Molotov Surprise from Evil Twin Brewing of Stratford, Conn. Citrus aroma with hints of malt. It is a bit of a surprise, starts out with a malty caramel flavor but quickly gives you a burst of grapefruit, not grapefruit juice but like you took a bite out of one. Finishes with a pithy dry bitter. Should have a warning label, you would never know it's 12% ABV without it written on the can.

I stumbled into that recently, impressive.

That fits what I've been thinking of their beers, they don't hit them out of the park but they make solid doubles regular.

Starting to get the ads piling up in the inbox so thought a thread was in order. So far the prices suck and my favorite yearly deal isn't happening, opened the Surefire email in anticipation of another great deal on quality light only to see an announcement that they are not doing the usual black Friday deals.......a black Friday for sure.

Oktobot 3000 barrel aged imperial Oktoberfest style from Lion Bridge Brewing in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Whisky on the nose and right up front on the flavor. Not an overpowering booze hit but a nice mild flavorful taste. Behind that there is a sweeter malty caramel note with some of that woodsy char hanging out at the end. Different in a good way.

2020 Recap pale ale from Evil Twin Brewing. Very fruity aroma, melon and mango come to mind, hint of citrus. Like 2020 it starts out with a touch of sweet, melon flavor, but quickly went to the bitter side. Has a nice pithy bitter with a little dankness. The beer is much better than the year!

That's what I would do, get some rounds down range and see if it is an issue before grinding on it.

Check and see where the magazine presents the round, might be high enough that you don’t have to worry about the receiver ramps.

If you don't think 98 is helpful then you haven't read much here yet. He may rub people wrong but he puts in serious time trying to help people get a running rifle, above and beyond.

What he said on scopes, I'm forever swapping them around to see what type fits a rifle before buying the one dedicated to it........ didn't realize how contradictory that sounds until I wrote it down.

Ten years ago Armalite would send letters to companies that misused AR-10, wish the new owners would have continued that.
