  1. Which one? Me or Doc? And HEY! I thought that we had an open invite?
  2. I don't care what you replace it with, as long as the output is the same. You've worked some magic with the stuff that you've cooked on that thing. Especially tri-tips if I recall. Some pretty good $hit. I'm behind anything that you may want to try my man. Though......I may just end up in a tent outside your house waiting to be fed..........maybe.
  3. Sexy looking rifle there my man. I whole heartedly approve.
  4. Now THAT's what you would call a hero. Excellent find Rene.
  5. Ok. That's pretty damn funny.
  6. SEE? Now everybody see's Doc as "the nice guy"....."the good guy"......"the quiet guy" (always watch the quiet guys). This here shows how he's deep down.........an ENABLER (the rat bastard). Don't let that friendly, surface level, persona fool you. This is how he'll draw you in. And DRAIN your wallet. That slow-talkin, friendly Texan sounding sum bitch will help KILL your bank account..........all with a benign lookin smile on his face. Definitely not to be trusted! AND..........he makes a killer pulled pork by the way. (as a side note)
  7. I'm saving that one for the black rain receiver set that I've got. This current one was an all Armalite parts except for the trigger, charging handle and muzzle device.
  8. I've got one of those that you gave me years back Doc.
  9. Wait a minute. I thought that you were selling stuff off....not building more?
  10. I'm still waiting on the 500 Blackout that a certain somebody once teased us with. The bastard. He's lucky I love him.
  11. Ah. You're right Doc. I was seeing LAR-8 in my head instead of LR-308. And this is why nobody should ever listen to me.
  12. One side note that I forgot about. Rock River called their 308's LR-308. So if that's what you were asking about specifically, then the answer would be no. Rock River is their own animal. Different enough from DPMS and Armalite that not all parts will work.
  13. Simple answer.....yes.
  14. The sky is the limit when it comes to modifying these things. All depends on what you're looking for.
  15. I was gonna suggest the same thing. They also make them with a single or dual bungee, but I kinda prefer this one myself. Plus, these have the single point quick adjustment.
  16. Pure truth right there.
  17. Welcome aboard from Maryland.
  18. Whoa. I don't think that I've seen one of those scales since I was a MUCH younger guy. Outstanding.
  19. OR......probably in your back pocket.
  20. I've got multiple EoTech's. And as long as you drop down the brightness, you lose the fuzzies with the reticle. Once the fuzziness is toned down, they're deadly accurate at close to medium range.
  21. Hey. Thinking of stuff in general. Whenever you've got a minute to check. Do I have any empty ammo cans at your place? I'm not sure if I left any of them empty from last time. Cause I'm gonna have to send out some Grendel rounds for the MK12 before the fall shoot.
  22. I've got faith in you brother. PLUS.......I KNOW where you live.
  23. My 300 BLK SBR is using a 10.3" Noveske barrel, with an older EoTech 553 on top of it. That thing is hollywood scary when shooting subs out of it suppressed. And it is absolutely deadly at short to medium range (where it's intended to live). This was what first got me interested in the cartridge. It's got some great accuracy at the close ranges. Plus the ability to step up to supersonics, and step out to farther distances (relatively).
  24. I agree. That's a damn good lookin unit right there. I'm a sucker for the UBR stocks. No matter what they weigh. You can always turn those bitches around and use them like clubs if the rifle ever goes "Click" instead of "Bang". Sort of like Geissele rails.
