  1. Don't you have Zelle dude? If not, just tell me how many you want and I'll Zelle Larry the dough for you. Then you can send a check through the mail to me or something.
  2. Hey now. That's an authentic sex doll mister. It came out of the, now long gone, Star Trek experience in Vegas, before they tore it down.
  3. Okay ladies. I finally got all of my parts orders in. Some had been delayed for a bit. Hmmm, I wonder if some trucks got in the way somewhere? So without any further dicking around, since pics around here are all that matter. Here's the little guy. 7" Noveske with a Noveske KX5 on the muzzle, all crammed into a Wilson combat rail. Finally together. Trijicon MRO mounted on an ADM QD mount. From the other side. Just under 27" when collapsed. Around 30" when fully extended (for ATF measurements) Jammed into a bag. Pretty plain looking case. One down. On to the next ones now.
  4. That blows brother. Senseless loss is just that......senseless.
  5. Welcome aboard from Maryland.
  6. And it's DOC for the win.
  7. Is it me? Or does it seem like lately a lot of dumb-asses drive around with their high beams on?
  8. Welcome aboard from Maryland.
  9. Nice.
  10. Good looking rifle brother.
  11. And speaking of random topics. Why is it that every dumbass mother-fuker acts like they've never seen an ATM before when it's their turn in line? Just asking for a angry, bitter friend.
  12. We can automate that too dude. (just to carry on from the other thread)
  13. Welcome from Maryland.
  14. Oh yeah. You're right Jim. I'm a dumbass for not thinking of that. That would be a better way to go SteelonSteel. Although they don't show any field repair kits in stock right now. Looks like DSGand Primary Arms don't have any either. That's a good kit to have around anyway. Hell, any spare parts are a good thing to have around. I've got some extra gas rings. If you want, PM me an address and I'll drop one in the mail for you.
  15. Welcome from Maryland.
  16. The 10 is designed to run with just the 1 gas ring. They're fairly inexpensive (around 6 bucks from Armalite), and they've got over 230 of them in stock. Why try to run something that wasn't designed for the part? Just my opinion though.
  17. Short version is too small of gas ports, short gas tubes and undersized recoil parts.
  18. That's exactly the paint job I was thinking of man. I'm gonna bang out the SBR once I FINALLY get all the parts together by this weekend. THEN, I'm starting that 2nd SASS. And I know that I'll have all the parts for that.
  19. Welcome aboard from Maryland.
  20. Good for you brother. That's great to hear.
  21. So, a quick funny story. I went to finally put together the last SBR stripped lower that I have. I talked about it a couple weeks ago while waiting for a QD sling adapter and a stock. I had bought a Trijicon MRO for the aforementioned SBR and had hit a wall with not having the sling adapter, or the stock that I thought I had. Well I got the adapter/stock in the mail friday afternoon. So I figure (in my stupid little lizard brain) that Saturday this bitch is gettin put together. Well.....que the tuba. I went to gather all of the parts that were to be needed: Stripped lower....check. LPK (Armalite of course).....check. Hogue Grip....check. Stock....check. End plate/sling adapter....check. Larue trigger (how the fuk did I end up with 6 Geissele's also).....check Castle nut (yeah...go ahead and laugh now fukers...I sure as hell did)....check I got all the way to the receiver extension/buffer/buffer spring. And that's where I hit a brick wall. Couldn't find those fukers anywhere. I double check my 'in-stock' parts list (which obviously isn't worth a fuk at this point), and see that it says that I still have one in stock. Well......30 minutes later, and $hit being pulled out of every corner of the universe, I come up with no joy. FUK ME! So at this point. I'm pissed off at the world (meaning myself) for not having the physical parts match my 'list'. After shouting at the clouds for a couple minutes, I decide that the time has come. I'm gonna go all in, and I'm gonna make up one final (to order) parts list. My lazy ass has been sitting on a number of other builds that have just been gathering dust in the gun box. So not counting handguards/barrels/stocks (cause I haven't made the final decisions on them yet), I ordered a whole bunch of small parts $hit that should drive me forward in my task of completing the last few builds that I have receiver sets for. Between (my beloved) Armalite, Primary Arms and DSG Arms, I've probably got about between 800 and a thousand bucks worth of parts coming my way. You just can't make this $hit up ya know. Oh....and about 15 minutes after I placed the last order......I found the buffer tube and spring that I was originally looking for. They were hiding underneath a couple of Raptor charging handles in one of the parts boxes. Silly me (meaning dumbass) just thought that it was a bigger pile of handles. So. The short list of builds that are going together over the next couple of months. - An Armalite AR-10 SASS. Yes, yes....you might say, hey dumbass...you already have one. That would be true. But this one is gonna be FDE/desert tan. I've got all of the parts except the receiver extension and buffer for this one. Then I'm gonna send it out to Tom for a Bad Ass tiger stripe paint job. - A black rain ordnance fallout 10 set. I've had this billet set for years and just wasn't sure which direction that I wanted to go with it. So I'm gonna turn this into an MK 11. I'm gonna use a BA 18" 1-10 barrel that I'll order tomorrow. So I'll just have to track down a decent handguard. I really don't wanna shell out a bazillion dollars for a Knights rail. But if I end up doing it to finish the fuker, so be it. - I've got a Seekins Precision AR-15 lower that I'm gonna turn into an MK 12 Mod 1 (since I already built the Mod 0). Should just need a barrel and handguard. That'll leave me with a final AR-10 stripped lower, and another Seekins AR-15 stripped lower. I'll approach those two once I get the other 3 out of the way. I've said it before, but it ain't easy being me.
  22. And.......the nickname has officially been applied.
  23. Similar here. Between being around screaming commercial chillers and other refrigeration equipment for over 35 years, and then mixing in guns. The strong ringing in my ears never goes away.
