  1. Who's this madhouse guy? Has anybody ever heard of him before?
  2. Damn that blows Larry. Losing friends is never easy.

    Grilling

I'll make a controls guy outta you eventually.
  4. When I'm lining my walls with tin foil (to keep the secret radio signals out), should I use yellow or brown mustard as the glue?
  5. That's so true also. We're in my white work truck (typical 150). We pull into the garage (that was fukin packed) for the graduation ceremony. We circle a couple levels and come up on a spot that's coned off for some banged up concrete. Rene says "Stop". I hit the brakes. He hops out and pulls the cones outta the way. Hops back in the truck and says "Now we have a parking spot". And nobody bothered with the truck. We probably could have gotten along without paying for parking. But, we're honest stupid drunks. And he's right. We just clicked from the start. From that moment on......................
  6. Fuk,I'd have to hit the road now (as in NOW), according to my past track record. And I'd still be late.
  7. I'll leave that decision to amongst yourselves. But damn if you two don't sound like me and Rene. We met for the first time face to face as he flew in for the Edgecrusher State Police graduation. I had driven up from MD and was waiting for Rene at the airport in Massachusetts. We somehow just walked towards each other, stared at each other for a moment......and I think it was Rene that said "Ron?", and I said "Yep". We shook hands, he grabbed his bag....and I said "Let's go get in the Fukin truck". And it was history in the making after that. Drinking commenced shortly after that. The brother and I had a DAMN good time. You two fukers crack me up (said in a respectful way of course).
  8. Arnold said that once. But he lied.
  9. Yeah. This is a DC area snow storm. And yes....they're talking about opening the government tomorrow 2 hours late, or closing it. And yes. You guys up north can laugh. I won't take it personal.
  10. Welcome to the club brother. I LOVE suppressed weapons.
  11. Well.......he says that now.
  12. I concur with this theory to the nth degree. Reasons like this is why I go to the range when it's pouring down raining, or snowing. (plus there's nobody there) I was just laughing about scenario's like this early this morning. My gun club that I belong to, sent out an email saying how the ranges would be closed on account of weather. Well, we did have the threat of a couple inches of snow here in the DC area over last night. This world is full of pussies. I actually enjoy going to the range during "extreme" weather conditions. I mean...Fuk....they don't call these battle rifles for no reason do they?
  13. Still liking that pack. I've still gotta pick me up one of those for one of my SBR's. Looks like a good setup that you've got going there. I'm guessing that mags are in an outer sleeve/pocket?
  14. Yeah, if they're not on there tight, they'll blow right off the end of the barrel. I wonder who would shoot something like that?
  15. You can check these guys out. They're out of stock at the moment, but they'll email you directly when they come back in stock. https://dsgarms.com/lower-receiver-parts-armea1095
  16. You can always try one of these brother. They may seem pricey for what they do, but you only have to buy them once. https://www.brownells.com/gunsmith-tools-supplies/rifle-tools/bolt-tools/ejector-tools/ar-style-308-bolt-ejector-tool-sku939000005-72380-77837.aspx
  17. Are you kidding? We'd all be fired within the hour for not being PC.
  18. You've got to have nothing but respect for a guy like this. And you're right Rene. We do have our freedom because of these men. If only more people acknowledged this these days.
  19. Damn, I hate to hear things like that brother. This has got to be a horrific time for the family. And they deserve better.
  20. I love Garand's. Mine is from 44. But damn if I don't love my AR-10's too. I mean, Garand's kick ass, throwing out that 30.06 round. A stout round for sure. The 10's throw out a nice round themselves. 308/7.62.....I mean what's not to like? Besides some weight differences considering iron and wood for the Garands. The difference, besides a little extra powder behind a differently sized projectile? Well........the 10's (308AR's) have 20 round mags where a Garand is limited to 8. But Garand's still have one thing going for them that 10's will never have. They stormed Normady.
