Do you want little pieces of metal in the chamber, barrel, and action. What are those badly wearing lugs doing to the locking lugs of the barrel extension?

Order a different bolt. The hole the firing pin goes through is to big. Along with the hot ammo this is what probably is causing primer flow and punctures. They make bolts for the creadmore with smaller diameter firing pin to fix this problem.

Both bolts I have lock in and headspace ok . Guess I'll leave the pin in.

Ok my barrel showed up got a question or two. Barrel extension has locating pin. Also another pin extending down by the locking lugs about 2 o'clock . Hole was drilled all the way through the barrel extension and pin inserted below the surface of the barrel extension on the outside but protruding in to the area of the locking lugs. I haven't seen this on any other barrels I have installed. WTF???

That pin fits in a slot on the upper receiver. It locates the barrel to the proper location.

Very close to the same size.

I carry a Diamondback DB9 in a pocket holster in my right front pocket. Looks like a billfold. 7 rounds of 9mm. A bit smaller than the S&W shield.

The USPSA matches and 3 gun matches I went to had lots of good folks. Just try to do a bit better than the last time. Don't worry about winning anything. Have fun and learn.

I try to only change or add 1 thing at a time when trying to solve issues.

Are you sure the new gas block is where it needs to be? The old gas block worked maybe put it back on. My PA10 runs fine without an adjustable gas block.

I am not going to build a Sig. I am going to build a direct impingement pistol. Someone already did this on the site. Just need a 11 inch custom gas tube. DPMS bolts work with the Sig barrel.
