  1. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
  2. The only thing the female seems scared of is our cattle. Tucker just doesn't quit no matter what..
  3. Welcome from KY
  4. Looked outside a little bit ago. All 3 pyrs were killing this groundhog. After it was dead Tucker took it from the other two. He is just setting out there with his prize growling at the other dogs when they come close.
  5. Welcome from KY.
  6. Liberals bringing their fukd up thinking with them.
  7. The gas tube is the limiting factor there. It is only so big. The gas port can be larger than the gas tube but there can only be so much gas going down the tube. The upper limit is the ID of the gas tube.
  8. What I don't understand is with all the recent Supreme Court decisions why do they pass laws that will probably be overturned. It costs money to fight in court to keep these screwed up laws. Are these people crazy or just plain stupid?
  9. Nice pig and gun. Hope your mom gets better soon.
  10. So sorry to hear such a brave man couldn't overcome his demons.
  11. Glad it's working now.
  12. You have an adjustable gas block. The port can be bigger and you can adjust it down w/the gas block.
  13. Finding the red dot on a pistol is all about your draw stroke and doing it the same every time. I shot a USPSA open gun for a year or two and it does take practice finding the dot. Once you get it it just works. As I am pushing the gun forward the muzzle is high. As I bring it down I first see the front sight. I know the dot is above the front sight and as I keep bringing the muzzle down the dot appears. That's what works for me.
  14. The first time I saw them was in 1976. This was the 9th time. In 76 with Blue Oyster Cult. 2 1/2 hour drive each way. Got back to Ft Devens only to get about 3 hours sleep before a PT test.
  15. This is what I did this evening. Pretty good show. The new bass player is ok but he ain't Dusty.
  16. These guns are not like the small frame guns. Don't worry about where it throws the empties. As long as it runs and locks back on an empty magazine it's all good.
  17. Hmmm must of been someone else doing all that work on the house yall built then. You didn't mess that up.
  18. Got an EAA 1911A1 in 9mm on the way. Also enough Wilson Combat parts to change out the grip safety and install a commander hammer. Spare mags of course. https://issuu.com/eaacorp/docs/girsan_mc_1911
  19. I wouldn't worry about the buffer. A little more gas and enough rounds to seal up everything should get it going. If you are really worried about the recoil spring being to strong. Lock the bolt back and let it sit that way a few days. It will take a little of the spring tension out.
  20. He does seem to be a fan of the "shortened" AR10 clone guns. Should we ask him to review Palmetto's large frame guns????
  21. I can't find it on their site anywhere.
  22. Now that is FUNNY.
  23. Same wx here now. But was 82Tuesday.
  24. On second thought. Take the buffer and spring out. Drop a quarter in the bottom of the tube. If the BCG will lock back on the bolt catch and there is still room put another quarter in. See if you can solve the problem for 25 or 50 cents.
