    I have 2 of their scopes. 1 on a 6.5 Creedmoor and 1 on a 6ARC. Both larger magnification than you are looking at. But they are for shooting long distances. Happy with them.

    Different manufacturers use some different parts. Aero and one or two others use a screw type pin holding the bolt catch. Others use a roll pin. Palmetto seems to use unique pivot and takedown pins. Most AR-15 parts work except takedown and pivot pins. Bolt catch is usually 308 specific. https://www.kakindustry.com/lr308-lpk

    The Air and Space museum by Dulles has a SR-71 and a space shuttle inside the building. Lots of neat aircraft but also a section of aircraft guns.

    I had a couple of CB's that would bleed over but they were running a lot more than the 5 watts allowed. I had a cb that at the drive thru at Hardee's. If I keyed the mic it erased all the order Information off their computers. There are filters available that screen out the interference on TV's.

    Just took a bit of studying. I had a novice license almost 50 years ago. I can hit 3 repeaters from home on 2 meters. Just another drain on the gun budget.

    What length barrel/gas system? Palmetto was putting "mid length" gas systems on 18&20" barrels before.
