I have the same barrel, it dislikes anything lighter than 165gr projectiles. Buy FGMM in either the 168 or 175 grain weight, if that doesn't perform right you may need to focus on fundamentals. Welcome to the forums BTW, glad to have you here.

That's a heckuva price for Magpul kit for sure, if they were a site sponsor I'd be racking 'em up. Since they're not though, I still say Brownells has a pretty good price for what they're offering there.

All the more reason to pay more, price should be proportional to the practical value, within reason of course. Who has posted up an equivalent item priced the same or cheaper that is cosmetically nicer?

I personally haven't the slightest objection to paying a good bit more for mags that are both functional AND aesthetically pleasing. These kinds of offerings are for those simpletons who only want their gear to function correctly. Of course, a devil's advocate might point out that a pretty finish could go out the window within 5 minutes of being unpackaged, but that's neither here nor there.

I personally cannot shoot with magazines that aren't aesthetically pleasing, what's the point?

I can confirm noone has built a AR10 DPMS here. DPMS has two patterns, LR-308 and their G2 platform. AR10 is Armalite, and a dissimilar pattern of receiver.

Not in the strictest sense, but the MA TEN receiver pattern is the Armalite style, so not as much of a misnomer in this case as is typical.

The Mega Arms MA-TEN is what he's referring to, sometimes abbreviated as MA10.
